Hi, I'm Dr. Cathy. I've gotten a lot of requests for some workouts that can help you tone up the abdominals, the obliques, and the low back during the later stages of pregnancy. So what we'll be working on today is some standing oblique work and some kneeling work where we can do some exercises called the bird dog. So a real quick example of what we're going to be doing is a little bit of standing oblique work with some rotational movements, right? And then we're going to get down on the ground and we're going to do some bird dogs where we're in these positions. So join us at Educated Pregnancy Go to www.cathy-sarvis.com for the full workout. Have a great day. Thanks for joining us.
