Sleep with an Invisibobble in a high ponytail, then the next morning spray your curls with a refresh bottle filled one-third with leave-in conditioner, styling product, and water. Use a praying hands motion and let it air-dry to keep curls defined longer.
So you've done your first curly girl wash. You've used the products in the Instant Curly Girl kit. There are a couple of other items in the kit which I'll talk you through. Now this is our refresh bottle and this is a band called Invisibobil. They're really, really good for protecting your curls at night. I sleep with their invisibobble in. I put my hair up in a high, high ponytail and that's how I protect my curls whilst I sleep. So the next day when you wake up, you want to be able to keep these wash days lasting longer. So you can use your refresh bottle to mix in some leave in conditioner, some stylet and some water. Shake it up only fill it a third full spray all over your hair and use this praying hands method to tame your hair and then let it air dry.
