In this YouTube segment, Heather Kennett promotes her daily scalp tonic, describing how to apply one to two drops onto the palm, massage into the scalp and hair ends, and repeat each day. She notes that the 50 ml "ultimate starter kit" lasts a long time at this dosage. The tonic is packed with vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fatty acids that moisturize the scalp, reduce flakiness, and support healthy hair growth. Heather shares a personal anecdote of rapid, exponential hair growth over the past two years, attributing the change to the tonic. She explains that the product is a blend of essential and carrier oils, with seasonal variations in scent and composition, and encourages viewers to use it daily.

Tonic. Tonic is my favourite thing to use daily. If you haven't started using it, do just one or two drops in the palm of your hand together, and then in through your scalp and then just at the ends. I never scrunch my ends, but hold them like this and just massage the tonic onto the ends. Also going through the roots. I do it every day, so one or two drops every day goes a really long way. You get 50ml in your ultimate starter kit, so that will last a really long time. So the one or two drops are full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fatty acids, and they're all the things your scalp needs for healthy hair growth. But also it's really good to keep your scalp moisturized, especially if you suffer from any flakiness or dryness of the scalp. So in the seven days I generally try to stretch my hair wash, I will use this every day. My hair has grown exponentially. I don't know if you've seen it on any of the transformation videos, but about less than two years ago, my hair was above my ear length and I've had it cut three or four times dramatically as well, with a fringe. My hair grows really quickly and I do just put this down to tonic. Tonic is a mix of a number of oils, essential oils and carrier oils that are all mimicking factors for the scalp to promote healthy hair growth. I've used it for years and each one has different levels and different essential oils in. They're all listed in the ingredients of what can be in there. But I tend to mix up depending the time of year and just add different scents to it. It really is great, so give that a go on a daily basis.
