Heather Kennett's packaging supplier delivered at a higher cost than promised, blocking her three-for-two product launch plan. Her best-selling leave-in conditioner sold out and fans are flooding her DMs. She's asking viewers to pick between a see-through label and solid white for her new packaging.
Before I jump into the stylet labels and leave in label, I'll just do a little bit of a drama Update because my DMs have been blowing up with people saying, what happened? What's next? Like what are you gonna do? So if you haven't heard, we went on a bit of a mission to find an alternative packaging supplier. Verizon. We all know it, we've all been to the supermarket. So I was trying to creatively find a new supplier so. So that we could produce more of the products, potentially for less, without losing any quality of the packaging. No easy quest. I found a new supplier. This means that we could get three products packaged for the price of two. Absolutely ecstatic. It was amazing. And I could actually bring out a long awaited product to launch. But then our supplier delivered a pallet at the increased cost with absolutely no warning of our leaving conditioner. We are truly grateful they delivered it because we had run out of leave in conditioner, which is one of our best sellers and you guys were all selling your Souls in my DMs to get hold of a bottle. That meant that now we can't package three products for the price of two because we paid the higher price for the other product. But we move. If you look at these labels, what do you think? So this one is see through and I don't know if I'm being panicky, but I think the see through is a bit off. You can see the see through label and the white one, you can definitely see the contrast.
