My advice when receiving the Ultimate and Extreme larger kits

Heather Kennett breaks down the Ultimate Curly Girl Starter Kit's 11 products and tools. Master the basic wash routine first, then match specific products to your hair concerns: dryness needs the pre-wash and "Seal It", curl definition needs protein, frizz needs "Tame". Just a quick message here about the Ultimate Curly Girl Starter kit. You receive 11 products, a huge range of products and you would have watched the videos on each individual product and its uses. I use all of the products in the Ultimate Curly Girl Starter kit at one point or another throughout the year. They've all got long sell by dates on. So you're absolutely fine in that regard. You would just need to be topping up the individual items that you're running out of. My main advice when you get the Ultimate Curly Girl Kit is just to watch and get the basics of the first wash and then adding the products as you need them. So my recommendation would be use your whoops to do your final wash. Get anything out that has been in there before. Co wash, leave in, style it, add a bit more leave in if you don't like the crunch, put your sorry. Use your scalp massager, use your wide tooth comb, put your hair turban on. That is a lot to be getting used to. I would certainly be getting used to that element first on wash day. Then look at what issues you're having and what you want to address with your hair. So if your hair is it may be dry. If your hair is dry, then reach further. It's rich. Put that in pre wash day and put that in after your leave in conditioner. If you're still experiencing dryness, try that again and use the seal it to seal your hair to keep that moisture in. If your curls are dropping out, then try the protein treatment. With regards to the refresh, you've got so many options. So in the instant Curly curl kit everyone gets the refresh bottle. For you girls and guys in their Ultimate Curly Girl kit you get so many different options. So using tame as part of your wash day, if you really want to tame the frizzies and you're not loving the volume you're getting and you're not embracing that yet. So just review the product videos and try and keep it simple so look at where you are weather wise. If it's a humidity then tame if you're going on holiday, tame. If you're looking for holding definition, style it if you've got dryness using the it's rich and seal it combination. And regardless of any of those, use the tonic every day. In terms of hair growth and hair health and scalp health, that's great. I use all of the products at one time or another. I'll use the treat it every fortnight. I use the detox probably once a month because my hair does experience a bit of buildup the back section, but if you have any questions, just come and ask me. If there's any questions that you have about in what order to use them or what you should be using, please just ask away. But hopefully all those videos have helped. You can see how I wash my hair. I've tried to explain all the products individually, so hopefully that will help you in choosing which products to use at what time for your hair. But just ask me if you have any questions. Alright, have a good curl day. Bye.
