Hey people. So as you can see on my fingers, I went rock climbing today. That was my activity. I tried to do one daily different activities. And there's this rock climbing center near here, closed down due to Covid, but now it's up. So I gave it a try and went out of my comfort zone, you know, because it was pretty much alone there, surrounded by hipsters, you know, and you know, trying something new. And it was interesting, really challenging. I've done climbing before and I had one of my yearly goals this year was to do more of rock climbing and surfing. Those were would be my two sports this year. Obviously I also want to do mma, restart mma because I really like it too. And yeah, goal accomplished. One different activity a day, one different thing a day can really help you bring yourself out of your comfort zone. Rock climbing. What I like about it is that it's fear. You know, you're always scared to fall and you panic and it's a lot of four, four arms strength and need to think, you know, to solve problems. So that center was a boulder they call it. It's without a rope. Still scary at first, you know, to, to drop from there and just wanted to share you that. That experience and why I. I like this sport. Face. Face your fear, you know. And my second sport this year is surfing. Why? Because I'm a bit scared of waves, you know, and their height and I mean waves are scary to. To most. No, I almost drowned in Mexico about that one or two years ago. So excited to. To do those two activities and hope you guys can challenge yourself with sports that scare you like like climbing and, and surfing. Peace.
