The excerpt is a single-speaker remark (labeled SPEAKER A) from November 20, 2023, discussing Steve Jobs' clarity of vision, his ability to zoom in and out, and his strategic hiring decisions (mentioning Tim Cook) as examples of leadership and delegation.

Well, you know, getting back to connecting this somewhat, Charles, to Steve Jobs, right? I mean, he was very, very clear on who he was. He was so clear on who he was. He was very good at zooming in and zooming out. I mean, he hired Tim Cook, so. And he hired people actually to be able to work issues that were things that were not in his space at all. So it's interesting. He was very clear on what he expected, what he wanted.
