A short YouTube dialogue arguing that a company's real moat is its brand rooted in human psychology—strengthened habitually like myelin around neural connections—and that AI products must deliver a 'magical', immediate onboarding experience (examples: ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper) with fast delivery to capture users' attention and value quickly.
It is.
The definition of moat, oddly enough, because people speak about data modes and all that bullshit, but let's not forget that moat is brand. Brand is human psychology. Human psychology is myelin sheets around neuron cells and their strength. You know how strong is that connection? So that's a moat right there.
So again, going back to this idea of like, oh, 10 minute delivery was magic. Using an AI tool should feel like magic. And if, if you are packing AI but you're not delivering a magical experience, you're kind of using it wrong. Because at the end of the day the most basic essence of these AI tools is I would say it's ChatGPT, right? And if you look at all the other companies in AI that are doing really good, like copy AI Jasper and so on, basically you onboard as a new user and you directly get the value, you get it right away.
