A short personal vlog by Charles Cormier about the importance of consistency and habit formation. The speaker acknowledges low production quality (bad camera/sound; wife has his good camera) but emphasizes showing up daily and improving 1% each day — the compounding effect that leads to large long-term gains. The video’s explicit lesson: be consistent, even if you only spend minutes per day.

Hey guys. This short video is about the value of consistency. As you might have noticed, I haven't post stuff in a while, but it's important to be consistent, you know, as you might have noticed, the camera and the sound is quite shitty. I don't even have my good camera with me. My wife uses it right now. And like, it's just important to do stuff up, you know, to be there on a daily basis. And you know, like those are just details, the quality of this video right now, what is important is to create the habit and actually show up on a daily basis, you know, and not to skip days like I did. Because if there's one thing I believe in in life, it's long term. It's the law of compounding effects, you know, it's being 1% better every day. If you're 1% better every day, at the end of the year, you're 365% better, you know. So me pushing this button right now, publishing this video just to show you how consistency is important, is contributing to that fact. And I'm extremely proud of it. So lesson of the day, guys, be consistent. Show up on a daily basis, even if it's for minutes. Create a habit, create a pattern and you'll get there. Peace, guys.
