A single-speaker YouTube talk by Charles Cormier advocating for objective, non‑judgmental conversations to elevate collective consciousness. The speaker diagnoses widespread reactivity as arising from cellular memory, conditioned beliefs and trauma, which produce ego-based self-protection and black‑and‑white thinking; he urges embracing the nuanced "gray area" between extremes to reconnect with authentic needs and connection.

It's about creating objective, non judgmental conversations so that we can all elevate our collective consciousness and connection with each other. When we look at the state of world affairs in humanity, I think that there's a lot of people who are reacting to things that they're not even aware what they're reacting to because it has nothing to do with what's right in front of them. It has everything to do with their cellular memory and their conditioned pattern of beliefs that came from moments of trigger moments of trauma and what I call the trash from your past. And so if we are in this place where we're still operating from a place of ego based consciousness and self preservation and protection because we're afraid of criticism, judgment, isolation, abandonment, right, Any number of these things, any place you protect yourself, you're going to disconnect yourself from who you are and what you want. It almost forces people to believe that they've got to live and exist in either white or black. Pendulum from one side to the other. When you and I both know the gift is most often in the gray area, which is in between.
