Foreign. You ever stare at your screen and just feel like your brain stalled? Almost like it's buffering? And you know that wheel is spinning in your head and you're just stuck on hold. One more customer complaint, one more team issue, one more thing you said you'd get done and you didn't get done. Listen, you are not broken, you are overloaded. AI might be the thing that you didn't even know you needed that will make all the difference in the world. Welcome to the dealership war room. I'm Chris Hutzker and today is day two of our AI Power week. So let's dive in and create some leadership fire. Last week in the war room, we talked about when you're overwhelmed, you don't need more hustle. What you need is more focus. And here's the truth. Most of the dealership leaders I work with, you guys are absolute warriors. You show up, you grind, you do what it takes. But now you're starting to feel a little worn out, a little bit behind, and some days a little bit defeated. You have 126 unread emails, four meetings that you haven't even gone to yet. Today your top tech just walked in and said, yeah, I'm thinking about quitting. And your GM called and said, hey, what's going on with the csi? You're not lazy, you're overloaded, and your brain isn't broken, it's buffering. When you're overwhelmed, the worst thing you can do is do more. The best thing you can do is narrow your focus. And one of the best ways to narrow your focus today in today's market, is to use AI, not to do your job for you. Take all the crap off of your plate so you can focus on the things that matter most that you do the best. Use AI to summarize your meeting notes, to send a text that you've been meaning to do, to take these ideas that are running around your head or scribbled out a piece of paper and turn it into a clean and clear memo or to prep for one on one in under 60 seconds. You don't need more willpower, you need less clutter. Your willpower is taking you as far as you can go. Now you need more horsepower. Now you need AI. In my AI or die course, I have a little thing I call Day one Wins. And it is a series of prompts you can use on the very first day of the course to to double or triple your productivity right there on the first date. Let me give you a few of Those prompts right now that you can start using today to double or triple your productivity. Number one, Turn a customer review into a coaching plan. Here's the prompt. Summarize this one star review and give me three coaching points that I can use with this person and specific follow up actions they can take. Boom. Think about that. That whole thing. You can go from thought to action in seconds instead of minutes or hours, or better yet, putting it off because you never have time to get to it. Number two, Write a follow up text for a mixed service appointment. Here's the prompt. Please write a warm, empathic and compelling follow up text that will engage this customer who missed a service appointment and give them a clear and specific call to action and reason for them to make an appointment and come back in. Boom. Done. Executed. Number three. Summarize the staff or manager meeting. Take the notes or better yet the recording. Drop it into ChatGPTP and say I want you to summarize this meeting and create five specific action items and who's responsible for each one of them and put it together in a format that I can email. Boom. You have it. Done. Number four, Create a killer posting for a sales position job. Here's the prompt. I want you to write a compelling, engaging and powerful job ad for sales associates that emphasizes what it means to be at a high performing dealership with a powerful culture and really stress the earning potential that they can have and gear it towards a gen C under 30 person that will absolutely draw them in and make them call us so they'll want to interview and come and work with us. Boom. Finished. Number five, make a script for the BDC. In less than 30 seconds I want you to write a four line email or a four line text that I can send out to a customer who hasn't been in for an oil change in the last six months. Make it warm, empathic, compelling and engaging. Boom. Can you send it out and you get going? Can you see the power of being able to use AI for everyday situations? To go from thought to action in seconds and not minutes, hours and days. Now imagine you start every day with those five things already done. How differently would you feel? How would it feel to lead? Constantly trying to chase? Here's the principle I teach inside the AI or die course. Leadership isn't about doing more, it's about doing less but better. When your head is clear, your leadership gets sharp. When your inbox is calm, your energy comes back. And when your to do list gets simplified, your execution gets to be absolutely ruthless. AI is the tool that helps all of that happen. Let's go back to where we started. You're not lazy, you're overwhelmed. Now you got a new tool to bring back your focus, bring back your energy, and most importantly, to massively increase your productivity. And now you've got the tools that you need to come back and take back control of that. Get narrowed in your focus and get incredibly efficient what you're doing. But you also just lost your excuse. So here's your day two assignment. Pick any one of those five prompts that I just gave you or any new one that you created or come up with on your own, and I want you to use that one prompt, use it, send it, dial it in, and create that 10 minutes of clarity and focus. Notice what it does for you. Notice the energy that you start to feel to come back. Notice the clarity that starts to come back to your life. And notice your ability to dial in, stay focused, and move that overwhelm out of the way tomorrow, coming in hot with the most dangerous phrase in your dealership. As a matter of fact, this one phrase costs your dealership more profitability than any other one. And I'm going to show you how to turn that phrase on its head and use AI to make it your great profit generator. This is the dealership war room. This is AI Week. This is how we get better. And I'll see you tomorrow in the dealership boardroom.
