Time for lessons from the rat. Just like they sniff out their dinner, do the same for your business. Use the AC/DC model. You always attract prospects, convert them to clients, deliver your product or service, and collect money. Not necessarily in the order, but you do all 4 of these elements. They present a chain of many steps over time, and within that chain will always be the one weakest link. Sniff it out. And when you do that, concentrate all your work on resolving the weakest link, and the entire chain gets stronger. Like I said, be like the rat.
