I can take off my mask for a little bit because there's no one out here, but I just had a call with someone and they said, I'm really struggling sticking with this process or trying to grow their business and it's not working. But she goes, I know it's just a matter of time. I gotta stick with it. How do I stick with it when I know I should stick with it, but I don't feel that I can stick with it? And there's a technique I've discovered. It works for me. I use it actually when I'm running. I use it for work whenever I know I need to, you know, kind of push through. And what it is is not affirmations, saying, you know, "I got this. I can do this." Push yourself. In fact, it's actually not using affirmations. It's using a question. "How am I going to do this?" By simply saying how I'm going to do something, I actually start finding the solutions to it. So don't say, "I am going to stick it out." Say, "How am I going to stick it out?" And you'll start finding your answer, perhaps. That's your Weekly Wake Up.
