How long ago was that? That procedure? That was a year and a half ago. It was February of 2025. And how are you doing now? Great. I started PT, gosh, probably 4 weeks or so after I actually started this process in Oregon when I was out there. And then when I moved to Naples, Florida, I found Dr. Chris and he helped me the rest of the way there to get me back to fully functioning, good range of motion, good strength. So currently I'm training for a half Ironman, which is super exciting. My knee has been feeling very good. I haven't had any pain and I haven't, knock on wood, had setbacks with it, but definitely a lot of persistence with the mobility, making sure I'm doing all my exercises consistently, even now a year and a half later.
