I created something called the DFI, the Dynamic Flex Index. It's just a 15-question test quiz. It will take you about 3 minutes to fill out. And it's a, it's a broad stroke. It's just to get an idea, uh, cause it kind of asks questions for all 5 of these domains or constraints. And it gives you an idea which one is your low-hanging fruit, which is the one primary constraint that you can start going after first to start building up your buyer's resilience. You'll get a score sheet. It'll tell you how your adaptable level is, your flexibility level. It's, I would call, a physiologic flexibility level. It'll also tell you your primary focus and give you a couple little clues of things to start working on. It'll also link to my website where I have resources for each of these categories. It's all free stuff. There's free ebooks and stuff that you can download to start addressing it. So check out the Dynamic Flex Index.
