Give us a little background. Tell us what happened to you. Start off with, you know, what sports you're into, and then what happened to your knee?
Yeah. So growing up, I was a gymnast for 14 years. And after that, I got into CrossFit. I previously had an Achilles injury. But then getting into CrossFit, I had no, no injuries there, which was great. And then I got into some longer distance running, half marathons, and then I ran a marathon, which was great. But I did it in conjunction with CrossFit and probably wasn't my finest idea there. Um, didn't tone back the strength training as much as I should have with the high-volume running.
