Christopher Ellis introduces the Dynamic Flex Index, a metric for measuring resilience, and his 3-month Resilient Blueprint program. Training includes breathwork, cold and heat exposure, fasting, blood-flow-restriction cuffs, and CO₂ tolerance work. The program starts with assessments: the DFI, BOLT test, VO₂ max testing, and HRV training.

Check out the Dynamic Flex Index. And then, if you want to take it a step further, I built a whole program around this idea of resilience or becoming more robust and antifragile. It's called the Resilient Blueprint. So, when you go through these steps here, you'll see links to the Resilient Blueprint if you want to go further with that program. It's all online. We do a lot of resiliency training through breathwork, cold exposure, heat exposure, pH training, those things like fasting or using BFR cuffs, all these things that put demands on your pH system. And then we work on CO2 tolerance as well. And blood sugar, I forgot to mention blood sugar. So that's all part of this. It's a 3-month program. It gives you the assessment tools you need. You start off with the DFI, then I usually recommend a bolt test, a VO2 max test, and HRV training. And then you can go through the program.
