I think 2022 and 2023 were very instructive years on this for me. Not all VCs or investors have the same perspective when a founder decides to shut a company down. We've had a couple of companies where I've been like, look, this founder doesn't believe this is working. I don't know how you make somebody work on something they don't believe in. They're going to shut it down. And I've had other investors say, I can't believe this person's quitting. I totally think they should keep going. They're, like, giving up too soon. And my reaction has always been like, that's what you would do if you were in their position. But you're not. None of us are in their position.
