They don't. And I find that to be interesting. And over the weekend, all the news around anthropic and OpenAI of like the models not actually following the rules of the people who hard code them and doing the things that you want them to do, it's this weird thing we're trying to bridge of. Yes, you can add these capabilities in, but is now the right time to do them? And you change everything around the infrastructure of your business to fit that in today, is there a slow drip method that we can better run?
One of my VC mentors, he's like, you know, consistency has value. If you just kind of invest at roughly the same pace all the time time, you'll feel a little slow when things are busy and you'll feel a little busy when things are slow, but you're not trying to guess or time the market. And I think there's something to be said in business for consistency and just saying, look, we're going to hire these people at a consistent clip. Some years everyone's going to be stretched to the max and there'll be other years where we'll probably be carrying a few people that we don't need.
