And the one thing I'll say is, I always tell my friends when they're thinking about making career pivots that feel really large for them, it's a seasons of life conversation for yourself. What season of life are you in? You can always rotate out, but is this the right season for you to be making the change, or should you spend a couple more in the seat that you're in?
