Who's responsible for AI therapy chatbots?

And so I don't think, at this current rate, can make that distinction of when a chatbot is adequately creating guardrails around what's actually something that they can deliver from a therapeutic standpoint, which is where I have so many concerns here. Also, from like, the moral compass standpoint, it did make me also think about who the players are in this argument of who has responsibility. And I was going to ask you if I'm missing anyone on this list or your perspectives on in general, but I guess in my mind I was thinking it's going to be the founders of these foundational LLM companies, the consumers themselves, the parents, I assume, of underage kids who are going to be using these, similar to social media, policymakers, investors. The list really goes on like, is there anyone I'm missing there? Or what are your thoughts there.
