Europeans out of offices are like, I will not be working until the 18th of September. All emails will be automatically deleted. Americans— here's us— I'm in the hospital. Email responses may be delayed by up to 30 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience. If urgent, please reach me in the ER at— right? This happened to me not 4 weeks ago. I'm texting a client of mine. And I'm texting her. It takes her like an hour to get back to me, which was really weird. So I just assumed she was on a plane or something. And I was like, oh, are you traveling So she gets back to me on text for something, and she texts me back and she goes, no, I'm in labor. And I was like, all caps, for God's sake, woman, stop it! Right? She's in— she's going to have a baby. She is giving birth. And she's like, no, I don't think we should have the meeting on the 19th.
