3 things I will not do as a longevity coach. Number 1, I don't eat seed oils, and I mean like sunflower oil, canola oil, rapeseed oil, for example. Why? These are often ultra-processed foods and high in omega-6, which causes inflammation in your body. Number 2, I limit sugar and opt instead for organic stevia. Sugar is absolutely everywhere, from sauces to syrups to— I've even found it in bread. So make sure you're reading the label and you want to not be having more than 5 grams per 100 grams. Things like coconut sugar, they try to make you think it's healthy. It is not. It will raise your blood sugar levels. Number 3, I don't exercise in the evening, instead in the morning. Why? Because exercise allows for increased BDNF or brain-derived nootropic factor. So you get that beautiful benefit throughout the day, not to mention the endorphins. It will wake you up, etc. You don't want an elevated heart rate close to bedtime.
