ENERGY - How to Counteract Negative Man-Made Energies with Nature’s Vital Energy using BioCharger NG

In this Longevity and Lifestyle Podcast episode, host Claudia von Boeselager interviews BioCharger co‑founder James Law and head of R&D Jim Gerrard. The conversation begins with the founders’ personal journeys—Gerrard’s 1980s experiments with Tesla coils and Lakhovsky’s multi‑wave oscillator, and Law’s high‑tech background at Apple and NeXT—culminating in the creation of the BioCharger NG, a cloud‑connected health platform that emits four natural energy modalities (pulsed electromagnetic fields, magnetic fields, photonic/light frequencies, and plasma‑like harmonics). They argue that modern indoor lifestyles expose us to continuous man‑made EMFs while blocking nature’s vital energies, leading to reduced cellular voltage and a rise in chronic disease. The BioCharger replicates and amplifies the Earth’s natural energy spectrum in short 12‑15 minute “sessions,” delivering customizable “recipes” that target specific outcomes (sleep, pain relief, mental clarity, detox, performance, etc.). The hosts explain the proposed mechanisms: electric fields open ion channels, magnetic fields induce ion currents, vibrational frequencies resonate with molecular and nuclear spin spectra, and light spectra support mitochondrial function. Evidence is presented through live‑blood microscopy, heart‑rate‑variability (HRV) tracking, and biological‑age measurements, all showing acute improvements after sessions. Use cases span individual consumers, clinical practitioners, bio‑hacking centers, gyms, and corporate wellness, emphasizing a communal “modern‑day campfire” experience. The platform includes a growing library of >1,100 recipes, a cloud‑based AI that personalizes protocols based on biofeedback, and a subscription‑free 45‑day money‑back guarantee. The episode ends with promotional details (US $500 off via biocharger.com/claudia), resources for further learning, and an invitation to schedule a complimentary “Charge Card” session.

Thank you, Claudia. We're excited to be here.
Yeah, thank you for having us.
A pleasure.
So for those listening, and before we dive into all things BioCharger, could you both give a brief background to yourselves and your journey that brought you to BioCharger and where you are today?
Sure.
Jim, you want to start?
Sure.
So for me, my journey began in the mid-'80s. I began having health issues, so I started to look at my environment, my diet, and I was going to school, applied, studying in applied math, and started having these health challenges. And I also had a landscaping company at the same time, helped pay for school. And so I first looked at my diet. So I cleaned up my diet and I started looking at my environment, realizing what was probably the fertilizers and things. I decided to go to an organic farm convention to change my practice instead of doing the chemicals into the organics. And at that point I learned about Nikola Tesla. So that began a curiosity that turned into a passion that turned into a business. Starting in the early or late 1980s, I started to experiment with a number of different Tesla coils designs and things like that. And then shortly later I read about George Lakhovsky and his work with his multi-wave oscillator that used a Tesla coil. I began to experiment with that. And as I started to go down that journey, I noticed all these different devices that were out at the turn of last century. There was many notables that were doing research in this field of electrotherapy, and it really piqued my interest and started to experiment and having friends come by and using the devices I was building and started to see some really good results with quite a few different people. And the next thing I know, people were asking me to make BioChargers or the earlier versions of the BioChargers. So mid-'90s, I started selling my first version of it. And over the years, first I came across Royal Rife's work and was very interested in what his approach was in this electrotherapy type of devices that were out there and kept that evolving what I was developing. And around 2012, came out with the version that actually combined both of the works using a vacuum tube Tesla coil, a very analog system. And then shortly later, I've known Jim Law for a number of years through our sons who were very good friends growing up together. And he was very interested in what I was doing. And we ended up forming our company, scrapped everything I was working on, and we developed what we call today the BioCharger NG.
Excellent. Thank you for sharing that. And Jim, how about you? Can you elaborate a little bit on your background as well for my audience?
Sure. So I'm more of a high-tech guy and had the benefit of working with Apple back in the '80s and even followed Steve Jobs to his next venture when he departed Apple the first time to NeXT and had a chance to work with him. And there were 3 fundamental things I learned from him that really applied— this applied throughout my business life anyway. One is to always begin with the end user in mind. Forget about the technology, think about the end user experience. The second was there are many great legacy technologies out there doing an okay job at necessary things. Go find a better way to do the necessary things. And then the third was not how not to treat people. That was more who's, is a brilliant man. But so that led me to more of a, I guess you'd call it serial entrepreneur and have had 3 startups. This is the third and the first 2 were doing just that, finding something that was done in a legacy format and apply technology. And in one case, found a way to automate the repair and maintenance process for thousands of restaurants around the country through a call center and developing a database that could track things. The second was the ability to control energy in multiple units in those same locations and do it in such a way that we're reducing costs and at the same time, giving visibility that they couldn't get before using older technologies. I sold the last company in 2010. Jim Gerard, as he mentioned, our boys went to high school, played football together and went off to college and played football. And through those associations and the games, I learned more and more about what Jim was doing. And I didn't understand any of it. But I knew that it was fascinating. And then learn about Tesla and Royal Rife and Lakhovsky showed me that he was an artist and brilliant. And when we first saw the first BioCharger, literally I thought I was watching Back to the Future. It was the flux capacitor and he was like Doc, but as it, as it—
you're a lot younger though.
Yeah. Better looking and smarter and all those things. But I don't look anything like Michael J. Fox. We can promise you that. But the reality was that Even though I couldn't quite understand what he was doing, as I looked more and started to talk with his customers that he'd accumulated over the years, there was something to it. And I realized it wasn't commercially viable in the current state because the newest component on it was about 100 years old, a vacuum tube. The challenge then became, okay, how do I do what I've done in the past? How can we apply those philosophies? And we've done that. And we got together in 2014 and we, we had a, a bunch of people way smarter than us come in and do the testing. Of what the existing BioCharger was doing, measurements that go to the nth degree. So we didn't lose the special sauce. And then we said, okay, now what would Rife and Tesla and Lakhovsky and these forefathers of energy healing, energy medicines, energy technologies— how would they approach it today given technology and the cloud, etc.? So we decided to make the BioCharger— he stands for next generation— and that is a platform that we designed so that people could continue to enhance and use that platform to find more and more capabilities for it. And that was 2014. Here we are, 7, almost 8 years later, and it has been the most exciting and fulfilling journey in my life so far.
So exciting and such beautiful stories. Thank you for sharing that. And I love the fact that your sons, your children, actually brought you together. I'm sure they're patting themselves on the back and saying, where's our equity, right?
Yeah, that's right. Only on a regular basis.
So let's take a step forward and look at the why behind BioCharger. So what problem is is it solving, and why should people be paying attention to this?
There are 3 facts that I'd like to introduce that your audience may know one or a couple of, but probably don't know the 3 in total and the correlation, or what we believe to be a correlation. The first is that the EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, here in the U.S. did a study in 2021 to determine what percentage of time Americans spend indoors versus outdoors, and it turned out that we spend 93% of part-time indoors.
Okay.
The second stat was, and I started tracking this shortly after we started in this business, was the rate of chronic disease and the growth and increase in chronic disease in the U.S. And then 5 years ago, 45% of American adults had at least one form of chronic disease. Last year, the CDC reported that it was now 60%. 6 in 10 adults have at least one form of chronic disease. 40% have 2 or more. And you say, okay, what's the relationship here? I think it really became more evident with the work of Dr. Jerry Tennant, who, world-renowned MD, has quite an interesting story himself. There's a lot of information available about him and his work, but he wrote a book called Healing is Voltage. And what he was able to prove is that all chronic disease has one common characteristic, and that's inadequate cellular voltage. And when we step back and say, okay, we were designed to be nature. We all feel better when we're in nature, but it's actually vital to our health and wellness. And if you think prior to modern day, we went outdoors all day long and worked outside, and then we came in and didn't have light, so you slept. You didn't have to worry about our circadian rhythms and things. But modern day life has introduced a lot of challenges to us, and one of them is the fact that we spend so much time being blocked from 4 key energies that exist in nature that we'll talk about a little bit more. But at the same time being bombarded by man-made energies. So things like cell phones and Wi-Fi and microwave, which are all around us, and we don't have to debate if they're bad for your health, but I think we could all agree they're not the kind of energies that nature intended for us to thrive on. So in a nutshell, the lack of energy at the cellular level is what we believe to be the root cause of much of this chronic disease. You simply don't have enough energy for your cells to function correctly, and I'll let Jim touch on that in a minute. And what the BioCharger is actually doing is replicating and amplifying those 4 energy types so that we can bathe your body with those energies in a very short period of time, 12 to 15 minutes, and give your body at the cellular level the energy it needs to have proper cellular function. Jim, can you talk a little bit more about the detail?
Sure. So as we started to look at what is this energy outside, and as I started to delve into it further, I realized it was really these lightning discharges that we have on this planet. So most people don't realize it, but we have 100 lightning strikes on the planet every single second. Each one generates hundreds of thousands of harmonics and frequencies that span the entire spectrum of AM, FM, shortwave, longwave, microwave, millimeter, all the way up to visible light. Now other planets are doing the same thing. They have their own local atmospheres that are generating their own storms that also contribute to that. We also have the sun doing the same thing, which is what we call solar flares and solar storms. And right now we're in another major solar flare, solar storm where 92 million miles away from the sun, it's generating so much of energy that it's actually disrupting communication here on Earth. And when you look at that in totality to the rest of the universe, it's just a minor compared to what the rest of the universe is doing. So any spinning object is generating wide ranges of frequency these harmonics that we call cosmic rays. Now here also on Earth, we have the magnetic field generating from the Earth as it's rotating. It's got the iron core that's generating these magnetic fields that are also a very important part of life. And then there's that visible light component, not just the natural sunlight, but the light from the gases in the atmosphere that get excited to fluoresce and produces thousands of different wavelengths in that visible, infrared, far-infrared, near-infrared visible light, ultraviolet spectrum. That's also vital for our life. And when we're in buildings, especially large buildings that have beaten rebar, they're literally blocking all that natural energy. And because we're spending so much of that time, it has a direct effect on that voltage that's within the cellular level. What we decided to do is actually replicate and amplify those energy levels, much like nature does it through plasma discharge. So simply put, the BioCharger's replicating these 4 different energy types to mimic what's happening in nature. And we do a little bit different than what manmade does. Does. So man-made is more of a continuous wave. We're pulsing it just like nature does. There is a mix between these natural and man-made EMFs, and it's mainly because it's a pulse type of energy, which is what we're replicating.
So incredible that you're able to consolidate the galaxy and the universe of energy right into one of, one of these devices as well. And you said that typically it's like 12-15 minute sessions, but what does that replicate, or how does that correlate with how much time you would do in nature to get the same effect?
Sure.
So one of the other technologies that's out there, so if we talk about the 4 energy types, pulsed electromagnetic fields, PEMF, is probably one of the more popular therapies. They use, applies one of nature's energies, and you would have to essentially walk around barefoot outdoors for 6 to 8 hours in order to get the equivalent of 12 to 15 minutes. If you're using one of these PEMF systems, it's shorter than that, but you're getting a much lower concentration concentration, and you have to be in physical contact. So we like to say 4 to 6 hours versus being on a mat. But the difference, and what's the beauty of kind of the BioCharger, it's the only system that actually combines and integrates those 4 energies simultaneously. So your body, without having to have any physical contact— and that was going back to what I learned from Steve Jobs, the end user experience— when we were developing this, we looked First off, Jim had the brilliance to say, why would we only have a system that does one of the four things? Why can't we combine them into one platform? And once we figured out that we could do that, then the second question was, okay, what's the end user experience going to be like? And we were having a hard time finding a way to have different apparatus that people would put down. And we knew a mat or a bed or anything like that was probably not the right solution. And so we thought, okay, if we could have you just sit there and either meditate or do breathwork or or just have a good intention, that would be ideal. And when we got to that point, we said, if we could do it for one, we could do it for 4 or 5. How many could we do that for? And we were able to design enough, actually, resonance detection so that we could actually have one person get a tremendous impact and benefit from one session, 12 to 15 minutes, but we could actually have up to 4 or 5 people get the exact same benefit as one. And what introduced was the whole idea of kind of the social aspect. And especially with Corona and all the isolation we've been in, it's just amazing to look at the communal effect that the BioCharger has. And whether it's in a health and wellness practice or a holistic, or in a gym, in a home, to have people that can sit around it and all get the benefit and either do, you know, something together or have a conversation. We call it the modern-day campfire.
I love that. And I'd love to touch on some of the benefits benefits to help my audience understand better and then look at how it works as well. You could even have it in a boardroom under the table in the middle and everyone can benefit. But can you walk through for people listening what exactly the benefits are and what research is around this to, to validate that?
First and foremost, you have this field, so there's a significant amount of research on the benefits of these electric fields. So what we're looking at is the electrical properties of the cell. Typically, science thinks that there's chemistry that drives the electricity that triggers healthy cellular functions. More specifically, you have these positive and negative charges surrounding the cell membrane. When it creates enough of a concentration of a charge, it'll trigger ion channels. That ion channel could be the sodium potassium pump, which is your cell's battery. It could be moving hormones, proteins, nutrients in and out of the cell or into the cell. And at the same time, there's this detoxification effect. When the cell becomes less healthy, there's not enough of a concentration of the charge to actually trigger these healthy cellular functions. And it's been proven over and over again, if you introduce an electric field, you can make that cell membrane more permeable to help trigger these healthy cellular functions to move the sodium potassium, the nutrients, proteins, the detoxification. Secondly, there's this magnetic field. So magnetic fields work a little bit differently than the electric fields. So the magnetic fields does not make the cell membrane more permeable because the cell membrane is this insulator dielectric. But what it does is it affects more of the ion charges and much like an electric motor. So when you have a magnetic field and you move a wire through it, you generate these ion currents or electric charge. And similarly with ion charges, when you produce a magnetic field, those ion charges that are moving in and around the body actually picks up that electric charge to again, increase that charge potential around the cell membrane to again, trigger the healthy cellular function. So both the magnetic field and the electric field do the same thing, but in different ways.. And then there's also this— so not only are cells magnetic and electric, but there's a vibrational component to it. We know everything is vibrating. So on an atomic level, atoms are literally vibrating at the speed of light. So in physics class, when you study the light frequency spectrum, each element has its own wavelengths of frequencies that it generates, a wide range. It's in that visible light spectrum, infrared part of the infrared light spectrum. Now when you take these atoms and you make molecules with it, there's this other band. So physicists started outlining this back in the 20s and 30s, where on a molecular level there is another spectrum of frequencies. It starts from around 20 GHz, it goes up through the infrared, far infrared, near infrared spectrum. And part of the reason why some of these devices, like the far infrared devices, work so well is because it's literally resonating with the molecules. What do I mean by resonance? It's what we call sympathetic vibration. So in music, when you have two tuning forks of the same pitch, and if I strike one do sympathetic vibration, the other one will start to vibrate. Similarly, on the radio, when I have that radio transmitter set at a certain frequency, it's literally vibrating at a specific frequency, and you have a receiver that's tuned to that frequency, you can transfer energy. So on a cellular level, the same thing is happening. Now below that, there's what they call the magnetic resonance spectrum. So if you've ever had an MRI, which is what the magnetic resonance spectrum is based off is within the nuclei of the cell, there's another vibration that's associated with that. And that starts at a much lower frequency. That's down in the low kilohertz up to that 20 gigahertz range. If you're producing those frequencies within that whole spectrum, you're affecting the magnetic resonance spectrum as well as the molecular band spectrum. We're not producing enough energy on the magnetic resonance spectrum to actually affect the bonds and things like that, but we're simply adding energy to contribute to this healthy cellular function. And then there's that visible light component. So we also have vacuum tubes that have different gases in it that mimic that natural light. That natural light is all those gases in the atmosphere that get excited to fluorescent and produces these wide ranges of spectrums of frequencies in that visible light spectrum. We're again mimicking that, and that affects the mitochondrial function. There's the cellular communication. It also works within those spectrums of light. So what we've done with the BioCharger is we combine all these different ways ways of generating these 4 different energy types. And one of the unique things about the BioCharger is we actually produce variable frequencies and harmonics. So as I mentioned earlier, at any one moment in time, we're literally generating hundreds of thousands of harmonics and frequencies that span the whole spectrum. We're always changing that. And even though hundreds of thousands of frequencies may sound a lot, but next to literally quadrillions of frequencies, which is what that covers, it's literally a spit in a bucket. So we're literally adjusting through our recipes, these different harmonics and frequencies, and we can actually target specific outcomes. When we look at the physics books, we can see where things are vibrating at. We can generate specific harmonics that will actually target for specific outcomes. So that's really that special sauce within the BioCharger that we developed that we can actually target for specific outcomes.
And thank you for elaborating on that. And let's dive into that a little bit deeper just to help people understand. Cause you talk about recipes and being able to target for specific outcomes, but can you give a few examples of specific cases and how that works.
For those of you who may have— some of what Jim said may have gone slightly over their head like it did mine. I'll just back up and just say that most people know this, but while we're sitting here having this conversation, our bodies are regenerating 2 to 3 million new cells per second. That's the only way our body can regenerate, recover, restore itself, revitalize, repair, is through generation of new cells. And with the absence of the right energy, you're regenerating new cells, but not perfect new cells. And that is how there's several people that believe that age, old age is a disease and it's a degradation of the health of our cells, the cells that we're constantly regenerating. But if we can find a way, and when we simplify it again and look at the work of Dr. Tennant, the two most important characteristics characteristics of healthy cells are uptake of nutrients and dealing with toxicity. And those functions diminish as the cellular voltage diminishes. By restoring that energy where the cell can restore proper function, all the reactions from that and boosting ATP production and mitochondria, all of those things are at the core reliant on great energy to do that. So the overall health and wellness benefit is we're helping to restore the energy your body needs to perfect new cells. But when we talk about recipes, and recipes are frequency and energy programs designed for a specific outcome. And as Jim alluded to, there's research and now there are medical and scientific databases that show the correlation of frequencies with almost any type of living organism, parasite, disease, et cetera. Having a wealth of access or knowledge of the impact of these frequencies allows us to help focus recovery and support of recovery from certain conditions. When we went back earlier in the conversation and said we wanted to make this a platform so others could work with it, when we first released the BioCharger in 2015, we had about 10 recipes, and they were— we had one for sleep, we had one for energy, we had one for mental clarity, we had one for happiness, we had one for pain relief, and very basic. But it didn't take very long. If we had 100 recipes that were developed and community-inspired by our community of researchers and practitioners that are using BioChargers around the world— we're in 40 countries outside the US, but in Europe in particular, they're way, way ahead of us in the US in terms of understanding the impact of energy and frequency technology. Actually, today we have around 1,100 recipes. So we have things for— to help a recovery from skin conditions, from health and wellness conditions, all over the map. Our support helps steer people. The old saying, if you give somebody a fish, you feed them for the day. If you can teach them to fish, you feed them for life. And so we put and invested heavily in the support team to be able to help each and every client optimize the BioCharger use, whether it's for them personally or their family or a loved one, whether it's for peak performance or just health conscious, wanting to be the best I can, or health challenged. And whether it's in a corporate environment, a clinical setting, etc., in our support team is dedicated to saying, here's how we can implement the BioCharger and get the best results for you in this situation.
So exciting as well. And I just want to elaborate on on this point a little bit also for those listening. So say someone comes and they have a health condition, but that gets solved, or a skin condition, and then they decide, you know what, I want to focus more on peak performance. Or maybe within one household you have different people focusing on different things, then it's just a simple procedure to reprogram the recipe, if you will, in order to emit different energies depending on what the desired outcome is, right?
It is. And you asked for a couple examples. I can give you a For people that may know who Tony Robbins is, who's just certainly a mentor and has done a lot of good around the world and also eats cleaner than 98% of the people on the face of the earth, but he contracted heavy metals or mercury toxicity from having too much tuna and swordfish, which were his favorite fish. And this really started to affect him as it accumulated in his system. When we introduced the BioCharger, that had such an impact. Impact on him that he began to introduce it to his family and to others. And here we are 5 days later, and we travel around the world with Tony. Several hundred of his followers have BioChargers now, and it's all because of what they've seen and the miracles and the improvements and the stories that seem— we're not a medical device, we don't heal anything, we can't provide any medical advice, or we're not allowed to get that, and we're not medical experts, and the BioCharger doesn't heal anything or cure anything or diagnose anything. But what we've found is that just the community of people that use the BioCharger and experience it, and their experiences and sharing those, have become the foundation of how we built our business. We have a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you don't love the BioCharger, everything about it, we give you your your $15,990 back, full stop. We almost never— we have less than a 1% return. And that to us says a lot more than— can I give you a couple anecdotal stories? Because it becomes a lifestyle.
I love the idea of community around it as well. So I think for people listening, and we can elaborate, but it covers a wealth of different conditions. So you were talking about Tony who had the mercury poisoning or high levels of mercury, which other people who have listened to my podcast, I've had Dr. Dale Bredesen on who's a neuroscientist and one of of the causes of cognitive decline is also high toxicity, including mercury levels as well. So obviously it's very good to have those tests done and see where you are and to detoxify. But it's fabulous that with this healing energy, it helps with detoxification, but also for people to really understand it's a different way of thinking, that this natural energy also helps with the skin condition and shifting away from that, oh, I need to have a steroid cream in order to heal that. No, you don't. And what I I understand from you guys and BioCharger is that it's allowing the body to be at its best, and it's using nature and natural energy to do that as well. And we're trained through the last 20, 30, 40 years of the pharmaceutical industry that you have to take a pill or medication to, to heal something. But this is actually— it's not the case. And this is a beautiful device and tool that actually allows that as well. So it's really beautiful. For a lot of people listening, they like to measure things, they like to see where things were before. We have some biohackers as well in the community. So can you talk about how things can measured with the BioCharger?
Sure. So first off, you're absolutely right. People want to know. I want to see the number one tennis player and the number one soccer player in the world both use it, and number one surfer in the world all use BioChargers religiously. The measurement techniques— everybody wants to know and see it before. And most people will feel something when they use it, but they aren't even sure. And we usually say take 3 to 4 times a week and watch what happens in a week, and people notice all kinds of things. But in that one session, it's really hard for someone to say, wow, 'Wow, this is going to change my life,' especially when most of us have accumulated whatever aches and pains and conditions we have over more than one 15-minute session. So we got to be real in that. But for those that want to see, is the BioCharger really doing something, what we've seen are two of the most effective tests out there. One is live blood microscopy, or phase angle dark scope microscopy. Controversial in some parts of the world, but But basically you're looking at your live blood cells and you're able to take a sample before and look at it up in real time on a display. And then you can do a 15-minute BioCharger session and then take another sample and put the two side by side. And all I can tell you is that every time we've done that, it has shown a dramatic improvement. And things like the cell dissipates, the speed of oscillation improves. It's amazing technology, but not everyone has access to these things, and they're becoming more and more acceptable and available. But that's a hard one for everybody to just go do. But one that's more common that we're doing a lot of work with now and have seen great results is heart rate variability. Most of the wearables— and the people that are biohackers know about the Oura Rings and their Apple Watches— and there are more and more devices that are measuring heart rate variability, which is essentially determining how well your body's communicating. The less variability— and it's— we have those that may not know what it is. If you have a pulse of 60 heartbeats a minute, the variability is the duration, the intervals between each of those heartbeats. And if it's exactly the same interval between each heartbeat, you're either dead or very sick. The healthier you are, the more variability there is between those heartbeats, because it shows that your cardiovascular system is communicating effectively with your parasympathetic or autonomic nervous system. But in cases where we have a good practitioner-grade— a way that I can look at my heart rate variability, count say 300 heartbeats, and then plot exactly what the variability is. And there's some really good practitioner-grade devices out there that can do this. Same thing, 5 minutes, do 300 heartbeats, look at it all plotted on a display, do a BioCharger session, go back and compare it. And the before and after results are are oftentimes amazing. They're always improved, but sometimes it's dramatic. And one of the measurements is your biological age versus your chronological age. And we all, for some reason, take more interest in things like that. But if you're pretty healthy, your biological age is going to be lower than your chronological age, and that's a really good sign. And I bet yours would be—
mine is 14 younger. Yeah, I'm trying to— 20 years younger. And then they're 20 years old, so at the moment I'm 26.
So 30 biological age testing is not new to you.
Yeah.
What's great is that you'll watch that biological age drop single digit, in some cases double digit years after just one session. Wow. And then when you start to track the baseline, we did this with about 20 people over a 2-month period of time. Not a clinical study cuz we're not a medical device, but market research. And we found that stress, which is one of the indicators, stress. Basically, heart rate variability is measuring your body's ability to deal with stress, whether it's physical stress, injury, mental stress, any of those. But the stress baseline went down 30%, which is remarkable.
That's huge. Yeah, in today's world, I think coming out of COVID the amount of people with mental health and like permanent high stress levels, it's such a wonderful time to look at these options as well.
The other thing I'd like to add is most of our clients have not abandoned traditional traditional methods of measurements, whether it's blood work, biopsies, imaging, things like that. And although we're not able to talk about what we've seen, we get feedback on a very regular basis, and we feel that's also another really good way. Don't abandon your traditional practices of what you're doing and monitor it and see what kind of changes that you see within your blood work and things like that. And over time, it's just been amazing on the weekly, if not daily, feedback that we get from our clients sharing some of the amazing results that they see within these different types of tests. Not only is it more of the, more of the fringe type of ways of looking at it, but even the traditional ways of looking at people will see and notice a difference within their normal testing.
That's so exciting. And it's also so exciting that it's so universal because it's not just addressing one type of disease, but actually it's the underlying fundamental cause, like you said at the beginning, because it's around the cellular energy levels as well. Can you talk about, you mentioned some things like that it has a community feel that there's individual people, but what are different use cases of this? Where are you seeing clients using it? Using these devices?
Sure, I would say that if we look categorically, about half of our client base around the world are individuals that purchased it for either because they're health conscious or had a health challenge and they wanted to find some more holistic ways to address that. And a percentage of them have their family members, have friends and relatives that can't come and use the BioCharger for a variety of application. So the versatility is amazing. All of these recipes and all 1,100 are accessible to every one of our clients. As we continue to enhance it, we bring more and more capabilities. It'll do more next week than it did last week. And it's not daunting because there's 1,100 of 'em because we've developed a really good search engine that allows you to go in and say, I've got someone here that has this, what would be a good recipe for it? And a minute later you're running that. 3 days, 3 days notice of before and after. And think of how that impacts his life. We have seen where it brings families together. Even today, if you're lucky enough to have your family sit down and have breakfast with you, everyone's on their device, no one's locked into a real family conversation, versus you sit around and do one session with your family in the morning. You can't use the phone because it will interfere with it. It'll start dialing numbers on your phone. It won't damage it, but you have to put the phone down. And there's heightened sense of cognitive awareness. Now, our brain is the number one energy hog in our body. It uses more energy than any other organ or system in our body. So think about how that energy is impacting our ability to think. That also brings folks that are struggling with anxiety and depression and things like that. We have a recipe called Happy days, and it just— you watched transform. So that's in a private setting. Then we see obviously a lot of the holistic practitioners— acupuncturists, chiropractors, physical therapists. It's a tremendous augmentative therapy. And chiropractors can never take a day off because they don't get paid. That's because they've got to do adjustments. Now they're getting older and they're getting wiser, and they're saying there's some good therapies that I can bring in, and cold laser and some of these other technologies have been really good. The BioCharger comes in, they don't need to have a dedicated technician. It's a great place to have— I don't want to call it a holding area, but sometimes when clinics are a little busy, they, they make you wait. And here's a chance to get an enhanced therapy while you do that, talk with someone else and share your recovery process together. So it has a complementary effect. It's augmented to whatever other services are being performed in that environment. In biohacking centers, for example, we're in the number one biohacking concept in the world in all locations. OsteoStrong, which is amazing technology about helping folks with osteoporosis increase bone density through 7 minutes a week. But they found that even then, that's a miraculous thing. But what more could they do while people are there? They don't want to just be there for 7 minutes. They don't want to be there for 2 hours, what else can they do? And they found that by bringing the BioCharger in, it helped with their retention, it helped build new membership, it increased the rate of recovery, and then it also brought in a whole new revenue stream. So not just are the end users benefiting, but businesses are, because people that may not want to go to your gym may never join a gym, but they'll come in because they want to do recovery. People that treat us are shifting in that biohacking space were stable. But the point being that the BioCharger, at the price point, the fact that it can literally be operated remotely— you don't need a dedicated technician, you can have multiple people use it, benefit from it simultaneously. You can balance out slow periods throughout the day in a wellness or fitness center, or pretty much any type of a practice where you've got members, clients, or patients, and say, look, I have a slow— I never have anyone here between 3 and 4 o'clock on 3 days a week. Then you offer a group activity around the biochar. You combine Wim Hof breathwork. You could do meditation, which actually enhances the overall effects. If you use the biochar while you're doing breathwork, you get more of an effect. You go deeper faster when you're meditating. The idea of having this become— and there's the social aspect. People feel more connected connected when they're talking with other members in the gym. And how often do you go in the gym and really get in a conversation? Most people want to get their work done or whatever, but you're sitting with the BioCharger, it's, yeah, so how's your workout going? Or how's your treatment going? Or how's your diet? And it just builds that camaraderie.
Yeah, which is so important. I think the world's longest-running study started in 1938 at Harvard showed that the key to happiness and longevity and later in life was connection and social interactions.
So our social beings—
it's really phenomenal what you guys are doing, and huge congratulations. What would you say is your big vision for Biocharger? Where would you like to be in 2, 5, 10 years?
We've been working on— earlier on I mentioned that there's a lot of great technologies out there, but very few have the support and have an infrastructure that allows people to really get the best use out of it. And I think what we've done really well, and we're just really touching upon now, is— and it is part of our challenge in scaling business. We've been very fortunate. Our year-over-year growth has been phenomenal for the last 5 years, and we continue to grow. But our vision is to allow people to have a journey or a voyage or a pathway to reach a goal that they didn't think they could do before, that the BioCharger helps facilitate. And so we know that we've got all these different recipes. We know that we can run one recipe that's general wellness and everyone can benefit from it. If you're on a mission and let's say you want to do a weight loss challenge or something yourself, we have ways of using the data. All these units are connected, and so we're aggregating metadata that shows the usage patterns, exactly what recipes and things they're using, so that we can use a form of AI to say, hey, it's day 2 and your heart rate variability ability is this, because you're at this stage, your body's at this stage, you should be doing this recipe. We think that we're on the verge of taking a couple new steps with some software we're gonna release over the next several months that is a real step towards—
That's exciting. So people can input their goals, basically what they wanna achieve, or let's say they're gonna be running a marathon in 6 months' time and they can basically, it will be adjusted and the AI will be able to configure the the right recipe for that stage in their training.
You pointed out it's different, and their bodies and metabolisms are all different. And what this will be able to do is take biofeedback. So here's where I'm at today, and here's what's right for me today. Even though the program might have said this would be right for me, my HRV is telling me otherwise, so we're going to change it up. That'll be a guided—
so exciting. Where can people find out more about what you're up to and educate themselves, go even deeper into BioCharge and the different energy frequencies?
Sure, we have a lot of information on our website biocharger.com. We have a fair amount of activity on socials, so Instagram is BioChargerNG, but a lot of good downloadable PDFs and resources on our website. We have Facebook page, and then we have a client Facebook page, client only. We'd like to offer your listeners an opportunity to actually experience a biocharger. Near them. And I mentioned we're in 40 countries outside the U.S., so we may not be able to address all of your audience, but anyone who's interested can reach out to us and mention that they heard us on this podcast, and we will arrange what we call a BioCharger Charge Card, which will, will find a local BioCharger location near you and offer you a complimentary visit. And if they have other technologies, we'll have OsteoStrong, who has some other cool technologies. A great chance to go in and, and what they have as well.
That's very kind of you. Thank you so much, Jim. And can you just clarify how people reach out to you? What's the best way to get in touch?
Sure. If they just go to biocharger.com/claudia von Boeselager.
Wonderful. So people can also, if they're interested in purchasing a device, they can get it there. But also if they want to book their charge card like this.
And any of your listeners that go through that website or reach out to us and reference you, we'll give I'll give you an instant $500 rebate too.
$500 US. That's very kind of you. Is there anything else, any final ask or recommendation or parting thoughts or message for my audience?
I think that reaching out to the website would be a really good thing. Not only are we talking about it, but there's quite a bit of research that's out there. There's thousands of research papers that have been published on the 4 different types of energy. So it isn't just more of the non-scientific a community that's investigating this, but really overall the whole medical paradigm, I believe, is really going towards this energy side of it. And there's a significant amount of information that's out there where they're doing the proper testing with the various types of magnetic fields, the electric fields, the frequencies and harmonics, and the light portion of it that help to confirm some of the things that we're actually talking about. So I think that for those people, I think that it's reaching out to us. We have quite a bit of information that's on our website that can help with anyone that's really looking for more of that science side of it.
That's very helpful.
Two things I'd like to leave your audience with thinking about. One is to look at the direction and what's happening in functional medicine. People that are really looking at the root cause versus the symptoms and treating things accordingly. Those are a natural audience for us because they truly are looking at what are the systems and functions that have to take place in our bodies to function correctly. And energy is a key component, so it's a natural there. If also, if you're a business and you're challenged with how do I retain or bring new members, clients, or patients in, how can I not have to spend all my time with each patient, is there a way to get them the benefits without having to be 100% reliant on me? And the BioCharger— and reach out to us, we can talk to you about different ways that we see it implemented, different pricing structures, different marketing approaches. We love to introduce our new business clients to our community and help drive traffic to let people know about it. And lastly, if you own a company and you're not providing health services or anything, but you want to show your clients, think about taking care of your employees with a BioCharger. They'll come back to you over and over again and increase productivity in meetings, have meetings around it. You get more energy, your employees will magically stop getting sick. And, and they will appreciate that kind of an investment for their health and their behalf, and it'll come back over and over again for you.
Wonderful. Thank you so much, Jim and Jim, for coming on today. It was such a pleasure to discuss the amazing things you're doing at BioCharger, and yeah, we look forward to staying in touch.
Thank you.
All right, thank you.
Thank you.
