In this YouTube short, Claudia von Boeselager, founder of Longevity and Lifestyle, shares her third biohacking tip: dramatically reducing sugar and simple carbohydrates. She explains how she shifted to a diet of organic, low‑glycemic vegetables and berries, grass‑fed butter and meats, and wild‑caught fish, while eliminating most dairy. After three weeks she reports feeling mentally clearer, more energetic, and biologically 11 years younger than her chronological age. Additional hacks include drinking black coffee with Whole Foods organic cinnamon (citing Ayurvedic anti‑inflammatory benefits), using unsweetened coconut milk in smoothies, and choosing high‑cacao (90%) chocolate or stevia‑sweetened organic NoMoSu chocolates for antioxidant benefits. She ends by inviting viewers to share their clean‑eating favorites, ask questions, and subscribe.

Hi, I'm Claudia von Boeselager, founder of Longevity and Lifestyle. Welcome to my biohacking tips that I've used over several years to optimize my body, mind, and lifestyle. As a result, I've biohacked my biological age to 11 years younger than my chronological age. My biohacking tip number 3 that's been a real game changer for me is eliminating sugar and simple carbohydrates about 95% of the time. This was a big and somewhat nerve-wracking step for me, and I had tried this in the past, but I had succumbed to my sweet tooth because I love chocolate and ice cream. I spent a few weeks eating really clean, fresh organic vegetables, some fruit like organic blueberries, organic strawberries, and organic raspberries, which have a low glycemic response, eliminating dairy except for grass-fed butter— I like the Kerrygold brand— and grass-fed organic meats, and as much as possible, wild-caught fish and seafood. Already after only 3 weeks, together with the supplements I was taking, I felt like a new person. Total mental clarity, full of energy, vitality, was ready to conquer the world. Another hack is that I take my coffee black with cinnamon. I love the Whole Foods organic cinnamon sprinkled over the top, which according to Ayurvedic medicine is a great natural anti-inflammatory for digestion and lung health. I use unsweetened coconut milk for smoothies to avoid using regular milk. I've also learned to love Lindt's 90% cacao chocolate, which has antioxidant benefits with a creamy chocolate flavor without the sugar and glycemic response. I also have recently discovered the most delicious organic NoMoSu chocolates, which use organic stevia and are really out of this world. I particularly love the almond butter and sea salt chocolate.
