Why is mindset so important? Mindset runs each part of your life. You want to be the thermostat, not the thermometer in your life. Mindset is really your set of beliefs and attitudes and values about yourself and the world around you, typically formed in childhood unless you consciously analyze your mindset and your limiting beliefs and your belief systems, how you react to external events and environments. And the more steadfast you can be in that optimal state and that strong mindset, the happier and more enriching your life will be. And to know that you have a choice, right? You get to decide how you react or don't react to external situations. You have the choice to be the thermostat and not the thermometer as well. And so it's starting with deciding who you want to be or what type of mindset you want to have.
