Dan Carriers, a former high-school chaplain from Perth, takes the stage to share his journey into investing and coaching. He credits his wife Jasmine, three children, and his work with Ben Champ and the Authentic community as he outlines his mission to help everyday Australians reach financial freedom.
Good day. Round of applause. International Bestseller Day. Thank you, thank you, thank you. For those of you who haven't met me before, my name is Dan Carriers. I come from a very small town, very far away that begins with P and it ends in Perth. Perth. And look, if you'd met me 25 years ago, you would have found me working as a high school chaplain just trying to make a difference to the lives of the staff, the students and of course, the parents. And then 10 years later, he would have found me very fortunate enough through the journey that I'd done, through the investing and the coaching, mentoring, that I had to find myself known. My gorgeous wife, Jasmine, three kids. And I found myself at 38 years old in three. And that gave me the opportunity, the ability to actually really follow my new passion, which was helping everyday Australians really conquer their own wealth and the wealth journeys. And then when I became involved with Ben Champ and the whole entire authentic community just took it to a different level. So today I stand before you proud and grateful for the mentoring that I've had from so many, many great people and the mission of passion of now on to help as many other Australians as possible to find their own wealth. Gene, as one owns a true financial freedom. And so thank you for being here and in many ways I hope this lands will.
