One of the common mistakes I see people make time and time again is putting the wrong asset in the wrong vehicle or the wrong vehicle in the road without having a roadmap. What do I mean? Imagine you're going on a holiday and you decide to just rush out and buy a caravan. Then you come home and realize the car you have isn't big enough to tow the caravan. And then the holiday you want to take is actually taking the family to Japan. Well, you didn't need the caravan in the first place. So every asset you buy needs to make sense in part of a master plan. So if you've got your master plan, you. You're just fiddling around, potentially wasting tens of thousands of dollars, ultimately maybe even messing up your entire financial future.
