I said, you've made your money. At the end of that session I had 10 times the money I paid. It will take time to realise that but the realisation of that money is all but guaranteed short of a nuclear disaster.
So tell me, who's Tony, who are you and what do you do?
Tony's 57 year old South Australian, work as a general manager obviously. Worked since, since 15, since leaving school, was married, three kids now not married, still have three kids, adults of course and a great relationship with my ex wife.
How did you find out about me? I suppose bulletproof wealth and the coaching, how did that all happen?
I'd been on a journey for approximately two years because as I said, I'm 57, I'm looking forward to no longer selling my time for money and so I knew I needed to do something to transition that phase and I knew I needed some help. My background, I've got an MBA and I'm business smart and things like that. But what you do is very unique and since we've been working together it's shown me how unique that is and it's a very different skill set. So when I found you through your advertising and we initially spoke and I went through the master class, I thought this is something pretty good and obviously we spoke further and here we are now. It's been a great journey so far.
What was going on for you? What was kind of missing with it all in the missing piece puzzle in Tony's financial world, so to speak.
I knew I had certain things in place and I knew, you know, investment properties, my own property, superannuation, not too bad, money in the bank, those sorts of things. But I really didn't know how I was going to turn this into where I need to be in three to five to eight years. There's got to be smarter ways and that's what we've been able to map out. A bit of a path, so. Well, actually more than a bit of a path, a definite path I should say.
What concerns or doubts did you about finally biting the bullet with me?
I was a little bit apprehensive about how it was going to work and what was I going to get at the end. Every other time I'd spoken to somebody or looked at a product, it was dismissed pretty quickly. The service you provide is far more substantial, just that initial step. There's always some apprehension there, it's nothing to be concerned about.
What are the significant changes? I suppose have you noticed since we've.
Been working together, I have a clear idea of yes, there's an end goal and that end goal is not the end that is just transitioning into other things. I've got more clarity around what I want because what I thought I wanted and some of the things I didn't know I wanted are now very clear and apparent to me.
Would you recommend this process, this wealth coaching, because it is different, is a bit unique. Would you recommend this process to family and friends?
Absolutely. I have no hesitation in recommending to anybody, anybody that's looking for, for something, regardless of what they've achieved, if they're not happy and they, or they just, just want to tweak it a bit more or put a shine on them, definitely this is the way to go. Your knowledge, your connections, your understanding of people, your taxation knowledge, your superannuation knowledge, your insurance knowledge, different ways of doing things, you, you look at things very differently. You're sort of like that jacket that I wore last winter when I went out for a few beers and I'm about to put it on in a couple of weeks and I'll put my hand in the pocket and there' hundred buck note in there and you just provide value that you don't even know you've got.
What are you most grateful for out of all of this?
Look, I've done lots of things over the years. I've done coaching, I've worked as a management consultant myself in the short time that we've been working together. I've got probably more personal development in that period of time than I've had over, you know, 15 years or so. I didn't put a correlation between what means the most to me and my financial situation, believe it or not. But there's a lot more to it than that. I think that's, that's probably the greatest realisation that I've had to this point and I'm sure there'll be some more.
What would you say in 20 words or less, what would you say to others, if anyone else that's considering looking at this whole wealth coaching process with me? What would you say?
If you're looking for something, you can't go past this. Take it from me, I spent two years going to everybody and I don't, I don't say that lightly. It makes you, it makes you think about yourself and the ones that you love and obviously gives you clarity and where you want to go, what are the drivers and also allows you to make that plan and with the resources that you bring to the table, your networks, your contacts, obviously your years of skill and your passion for this and passion for people is just. Is just a great professional service. And as I said, I couldn't. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
