I'm good, thanks, Con.
Good. Mohini, tell us a bit about Top Care Services and more, tell us a bit about what made you get into it.
Top Care Services, it's basically nurse-led registered NDIS provider. What made me come into NDIS, this sector, is I see a bit patient-focused, person-care-focused priorities. That's why I wanted to come into the community and serve the community as a nurse and provide services accordingly.
So what are the biggest challenges in the sector at the moment, Mahini? What's something, especially in what you do, what is one of the biggest challenges you're facing?
The biggest challenge that we are facing at the moment is it's very hard to get well-trained support workers. And that's where TopCare stand out. All our support workers are well trained and we have nurses and support workers in our team to look after our participants.
So interesting you say that. So you do the support work, but you also provide the nursing services where some of the companies have to get externals for that. You provide the nursing services for that. So that's where you're unique. Would you say that's where you are different?
Absolutely, Con. Thanks for pointing that. We have our nurses in our team and we can look after complex nursing, complex participants. That's how we stand out. Thanks. Good.
