Confidence Comes from Skill — Here’s How to Build It #shorts

Practice a skill daily, even for a few minutes, and you'll get better at it. Getting good at something builds real confidence that shows up everywhere else in your life.
You have to do what you want to do every single day, even if it's just for a couple of minutes. And it's almost whether if you're learning how to play the guitar, you know, or maybe you're learning upholstery, I mean, whatever it is, you're gonna get better at it. And when you— when we're good at something, that gives us a feeling of self-confidence, and that infuses every other aspect of our being, and other people pick up on that.
