So you've convinced me, Ajahn, that the answer's inside. How do I now bring it forth? You bring it forth through quietening your mind. You bring it forth through that connection to God. And for a lot of people, that's through meditation. You know, so much is revealed if you are able to quiet your mind. Just quiet your mind and ask the questions, anything you need to know. Just ask it through meditation and then just be quiet. But you see, CJ, we're busy. We're busy from the time we wake up. We're on our phones. And you know what? Our minds are just busy, busy. So our minds are filled with this. And then maybe the roads are busy and we're frustrated and we're going through traffic and we're late to get to work. So it's on our mind. Oh my God, I'm going to be late again. And I have a presentation. And then you get to work and your day starts off in a flurry and your mind is go, go, go, go, go.
