What's up, my good people? Welcome to the CJ Moneyway Johnson Show. Today I have on the show criminal trial lawyer, meditation teacher, and, and I, I'mma leave the other part when we talk about this, about the, uh, Miami, about the Miami cocaine, uh, cocaine cowboy. Got my man Bob Martin on the line today. How you doing, Bob?
Hey, CJ, thanks for having me on. It's a pleasure to be here. I appreciate it. And let me just start and say the first thing. Let me just say thank you for creating a platform like this where people like me can come on and tell their stories and maybe make a difference in other people's lives. So I want to thank you for the work because it's not a little bit of work that you do to make this happen. So I appreciate it.
So Bob, tell us a little bit about yourself and and about your background?
Wow. Well, I'll start off with the fact that I'm 74. And I guess, you know, I guess one of the most important things I could say about me is I'm 74 years old and I'm happy and I don't have a lot of regrets. I got a woman who loves me. I got two kids who I got a good relationship with, and I got a couple of dogs who are my best friends. And so, you know, you can't ask for more than that. But I, I started out in a family that, well, my dad was an Eastern European refugee. So a lot of strange and odd things, maybe we can get into some of them in the podcast, but I wound up being a lawyer. Okay. And I got a job with Janet Reno, and some of your listeners might be old enough to remember that name. She was the Attorney General under Clinton. Administration. And, but she was also the DA of Miami-Dade County.
