I have a method and I call it the Breakthrough BS Method because essentially that's what we're doing is we're shattering what you think is your ceiling. And in reality, we're shattering your floor. So I'm gonna take out what's underneath of you and start fresh. And it begins with you reclaiming the identity that you lost inside of a bottle. So a lot of us who are, you know, drinking to drink or celebrating to drink or feeling like we have to put alcohol in our system we forget who we are and we lose ourselves in that cycle of shame, of guilt, of confusion. That why can't I just stop? Why am I relying on a substance? And it doesn't matter if it's alcohol, phone, porn, gambling, all of this stuff is addiction. It could be, you know, could be looking at the internet 6 hours of your day, whatever that is. Yeah, 12 hours, 14 hours. You're up all night, maybe you're gaming. It doesn't matter what it is, but what it has done to you is it's changed your behavior and it's changed your identity. So one of the core things is getting to the root cause of why you're behaving that way and how is that affecting your personal relationship with yourself. So that's where we start. And as you begin to reclaim this identity, we're not— we're leaving the old one behind, we're reclaiming a new one. Then we need to look at what is your pattern with trust? Do you have one? Do you even know what that means? Do you even know what trust looks like? And what I find is a lot of business owners or people like us go, yeah, I trust myself. Yeah, I can, you know, I can navigate life going through the motions. It's not that big of a deal, but there's layers to trust. We can trust, we can put all of our trust in this phone 24/7, but what does it look like to trust you again? So breaking that down. And then the third thing is How do you take massive action? Because from trust, you take action, not the other way around. In sobriety especially, we need to be able to trust ourselves to take the action versus take the action to trust yourself. And so I find that once we're solidified in who we're being and who we're becoming, then we can start to take that action. The confidence starts to build. We begin to stay curious. And curiosity begins to breed success. With all of this as well, we are redefining what success looks like for you on your terms, because a lot of us go, success is money, success is the house, success is the boat, when in reality that has nothing to do with success. Because when you're on your deathbed, you're not worried about how much money you're taking with you to the grave. You're worrying about who you impacted, what's the legacy that you're leaving, and who's going to miss you at the end. So how do you redefine that for yourself without the labels and Without the
