Shocking Truth 😲: Are Adults Just Big Kids? 🧒ðŸ’

A speaker argues that legal adulthood doesn't mean mature thinking, pointing to workplace examples like a coworker wiping his hands on a bathroom stall. He warns that parents who model childish behavior teach their kids the same habits, and that self-reflection is the only way to break the cycle.

grown just like an 18-year-old. Once they turn 18 or 21, they consider theyself grown. But because it don't matter what age you are in life, you can be grown but still have a childish mentality. You can be grown but still think as a kid. Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, your actions and your ways are childish. Your thought process is childish. The things that you're doing are childish. I work at a job And, and, uh, you got to be 21 or older to work at this job, man. But at the end of the day, and I know some of you out there can understand and relate to what I'm saying, at the end of the day, you're still working with people who act as if they're in high school or who act as if they're in elementary school. Childish mentalities, childish behavior. I mean, come on, man. You had one dude, or somebody, went in they pants, dip they hands in they butt. And wiped it on the stall. Come on now, I got a 14-year-old and he know better than to do that. Who gonna wipe on the wall? That is childish behavior. That is a childish mentality. But beyond that, it's just our thought process, man. A lot of us think that we smarter than what we are. A lot of us think too highly of ourselves than we ought to. We think we smarter than everybody in the room, but when you speak, a lot of times you sound like the dumbest person in the room. And, and Everybody else ain't even speaking. So that says a lot about you. That says a lot about your character. That says a lot about your integrity. Sometimes some people just need to shut up, for real though, because you show how immature you are. You show how childish you are. You, you, you, you exploit your, your, your childish behavior. And that's a big deal in life, especially when you grown, especially when you got kids. You know, because if I'm, if I'm operating in a childish mentality, or if I'm operating in childish behavior, there's nothing else that I can teach my child. So I'm teaching him or her what they getting, what, what, what, what, what they saying for me. So if I'm operating in that capacity, guess what? That's how they gonna operate. And so how I'm gonna get mad at them when they not doing things as a teenager, or things as an adult when they get older as an adult, and I'm, I'm riding on them all the time because they not doing things the way that I think that they doing it the way that they should be doing. Well, they're going by the example that was set before them. If they, if they see childish behavior, if they see childish, a childish mentality coming from their parents, guess what? You can't, you can't, you cannot expect them to have a different mindset.
