Listen to Planting Seeds with CJ, with your boy, man. So Tupac Shakur, better known as Tupac, was more than just a rapper. He was a poet, uh, activist, and a voice for a generation that often felt unheard. My man say he had a brain to teach a whole nation, man. His music transcended entertainment, becoming a powerful tool for storytelling, activist and a reflection on the struggles of life in marginalized communities. Over the course of his short but legendary career, Tupac released several, several, and I mean several iconic albums, such as, uh, each one contributing to his legacy and cementing his place as one of the greatest and most influential artists of all time. If y'all disagree, cool. That's cool with CJ, man. I ain't, you know, your favorite rapper ain't my favorite rapper, so my favorite rapper may not be your favorite rapper. I mean, I, I've seen some of the New York polls, man. When I was— some of y'all, uh, XXL or whoever it was, I don't know who this was, man, but they should have been ashamed of themselves. That's what they should have been. The poll where they had— it was, it was some years ago where they had Lauryn Hill, the singer Lauryn Hill. Yeah, she popped off some stuff and, and a couple songs, whatever. I wouldn't call her a rapper, but you know, she has some bars. But whenever y'all put Lauryn Hill, bruh, as a better rapper of all time than Tupac, man, where's y'all credentials at, man?
