Hey guys, it's Damion Jenkins of The Nurse Speak here, coming to let you know that I'm going to be having a 2-hour online event January 27th, 2023, from 7 PM to 9 PM Eastern Standard Time to discuss how you can optimize your NCLEX prep study strategy so that you stop wasting time, money, and energy studying the wrong things. Do you spend too much time trying to figure out how to study for the NCLEX? Don't worry, you're not the only one. Almost every single client who has come to me in the past state that they've wasted so much time, energy, and money trying to prepare for the NCLEX because they just didn't know the best way to study. And just as I have helped over 2,800 others optimize their NCLEX prep study efforts, I know that I can help you as well. Hi, my name is Damion Jenkins, and I've been helping to get more nurses into the profession and stay in the profession since 2016. I have been a registered nurse for over 12 years, and I have a variety of clinical experiences including staff development, professional development, entrepreneurship, critical care, immediate care, progressive care, cardiac observation, CCRU, oncology, orthopedic surgery, OR, PACU, medical surgical nursing, rehab, long-term care, home health nursing, and nursing academia. I have had many travel opportunities in Florida, California, Washington, New York, and Maryland, and I received my master's degree in nursing education in 2014. I have served as a nurse educator for 10 out of the 12 years as a registered nurse in a variety of capacities, including clinical instructor, college faculty, program coordinator, online education design, NCLEX and test prep, staff development and education, training and coaching, mentoring and tutoring. I have helped thousands of individuals master strategies for success over the past 10 years, and I am really looking forward to helping you create a very optimized, effective, and efficient NCLEX study program so that you can really get what you need to know and stop running in circles trying to memorize copious amounts of content which might not even show up on the exam. So for those of you who join me for this 2-hour event, you can expect to learn expert NCLEX Prep study tips that have helped over 2,800 repeat test takers pass pass the NCLEX and start their nursing career. You can also get a downloadable PDF step-by-step study guide that will help you focus on what's most important so you stop wasting your time, energy, and money studying content that may not even be on the exam. And you'll also get a special discount for our NCLEX Strategies for Success program that offers all of the test-taking strategy and content you'll need to think like a nurse and pass the NCLEX. More than 99% of my clients come to me with study habits that do not help them find success on the exam, and I am certain that you probably also have some habits that don't really help. So instead of wasting your time studying things that aren't really going to help you pass the exam, you should really invest in this 2-hour event and get everything that you need to develop strategies for NCLEX success. So whether you're preparing to take the NCLEX before April 1st, 2023, or on or after April 1st, 2023, it's really important for you to know that my NCLEX Strategies for Success program and the study guide that I'm going to be sharing with you works for both the current test plan and NGN. So for those of you who will be taking the Next Generation NCLEX, it's really important that you know what to to expect. So the first thing is, is that the NCLEX is really leveling up their difficulty level substantially. They're emphasizing critical thinking, nursing and clinical judgment, and they're challenging a candidate's ability to apply and analyze information to make decisions. There's going to be a lot less emphasis on memorization of facts. So a lot of these NCLEX programs that are already out there focus mainly on memorization of facts and kind of really digging deep in pathophysiology and diseases and labs. But the NGN NCLEX is not really going to emphasize too much of that information, and they're going to be more focused on you making decisions for safe and effective nursing. The second thing is, is that NGN will be using new question formats that will prove to pose significant learning curve, especially if you're not already being exposed to these types of questions. The new question formats are designed to capture layered assessments of your ability to critically think. So, you know, the— my program will start to include these types of question types and the information that you need to be successful for NGN effective January 29th, 2023. And then the third thing you need to know about NGN is that writing test items that are reflective of NGN question formats and new frameworks for measuring competence will require require careful understanding of the conceptual frameworks that the NGN will be challenging. For candidates such as new graduate nurses, this is very important because not a lot of educators or NCLEX prep programs have really mastered the ability to write questions at this level. So understanding the concepts, rules, principles, and guidelines that it takes to develop really strong NCLEX test-taking skills is not easy for most people. And it's something that I've been studying for many, many years. And I do consider myself an expert because I have such high pass rates and successes with, um, helping individuals become successful with answering these types of questions and even helping nursing programs develop NCLEX-style questions on their exams so that their students have a higher first pass rate. So learning how to study is half the battle, and effective January 29th, 2023, my program will be updated to include all NGM materials for your success. So I want to invite all of you to join me for this 2-hour live event on January 27th, 7 PM to 9 PM Eastern Standard Time. All you have to do is go to thenursespeak.com/passnclex, and then there will be a button for you to reserve your seat for this live 2-hour optimize your NCLEX study plan so that you stop wasting time, stop wasting money, you focus on exactly what you need to be successful, and you'll also get a downloadable PDF that has the step-by-step process on how to stay on track and also offers an amazing discount for you to get into my NCLEX Strategies for Success program that will at the least validate your understanding for how to answer NCLEX-style questions correctly so that you can go on and pass your NCLEX, get your license, and join me in the ranks as a professional nurse. I look forward to seeing you in this event and helping you or someone you know develop strategies for NCLEX success. Take care.
