Hi everyone, Damion Jenkins here. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I really enjoyed the Nurses Bond Aspiring Leaders Club. You see, during my time in the Aspiring Leaders Club, I learned how to identify my own leadership style, what I wanted to leverage so that I can better support my team, myself, and the business in which I'm growing. I learned lots of tricks and strategies to optimize my resources and leverage my talents so that I could best show up for work every day and then be the best leader I can. And most importantly, I got to really connect with an amazing network of professionals, both in healthcare and outside of healthcare, some nursing executives, some healthcare hospital executives, nurse managers, entrepreneurs, and aspiring leaders. Those individuals who don't really have a lot of experience in leadership but are definitely on their way now that they've attended the Aspiring Leaders Club. During my time, you know, I got to connect with some really amazing individuals where we got to learn, laugh, share ideas, We created goals for ourselves. We had some assignments that we had to complete and often led to collaborations and ongoing communications. And I just really enjoyed my time in the program. And I hope that if you're looking to beef up your leadership skills, whether you're an established leader or not, um, I highly recommend that you go over to nursesbond.com and then find the Aspiring Leaders Club. And join the next cohort. I will be sticking around Nurses Bond because they have some amazing things going on, and I can't wait to collaborate with you if I see you in the club or elsewhere at one of the events.
