Do you know this? 92% of young people would rather work a 4-day work week. Probably if you ask most people, they'd rather work a 4-day work week. Wouldn't you? The interesting thing about young people is though that they are very willing to do lots of other things to get that third day off, if you will, during the week and have a 4-day work week and a 3-day weekend. They're willing to take less pay. They're willing to work longer hours. They're willing to work harder. They're willing to take a salary decrease. And they're willing actually to give up this thing we call remote and hybrid work. So the question to all of you out there is, what are you doing to listen to your young people? Are you willing to give a 4-day work week where everyone works 10, 11 hours a day? Or do you want it the old way, the way it's always been? Super interesting to look at.
