If a painting business owner doesn't have stated values, they probably have like implied values in their business, but they don't have it written down anywhere. I guess it would be helpful for them to translate their values, whatever they are, the company values, into these 6 measurable values so that when they do hiring, they could use that same test that you're using. So they say, okay, this person matches our values, or this person does not match our values. Is that kind of the idea there?
It is. And I make that super easy because I take it into numbers. So you don't have to like search too hard. You just go online and if we were to work together, we would always assess the top folks to kind of see what their values are, because usually the top folks are feeding the rest of the company their values. And that's the value match for the company a lot of times.
