What are some of the common challenges that painting business owners face? They're going to wring my neck if they don't hear me say they can't find enough people. I mean, nobody can find enough people right now. So that's the big challenge. It's usually around hiring and retention. We want to hire people. We don't necessarily want to retain everybody because some people are a pain in the butt, but we also don't like losing numbers and production force. There's a lot of focus on the hiring and more and more focus on that retention piece, but keeping the good people so they don't go somewhere else and adding more. I just went through a really cool business training certification. There's a piece in there that says you need to have enough staff to support your sales. Your company will never grow revenue-wise beyond your capacity to fulfill that stuff. That's why hiring is so important because we want to grow and we're usually talking about top line numbers. We're squeezing GP, all of that. None of it can be done without people to go out there and actually do the work. So it's all driven by that. Hiring is always the number one challenge.
