Give me 60 seconds and I'll tell you how to set yourself up for success in 2026. I've been studying human behavior for almost 3 decades, and here are 3 things you need to do. Number 1, do a regret review. Look back on 2025 and find one regret that sticks with you. Regret is data. Use it to decide what matters and what you should do in 2026. Number 2, break your year into 90-day seasons. You know, a year is too long. Our brain can't get really around it. People lose steam. But 90 days, it's short enough to stay focused and long enough to make progress. 4 tight seasons beat 1 vague year. And finally, number 3, remove the friction. Most goals fail because they're too big to start. So shrink that first step and set up your environment. Could be a 30-minute gym session. It could be laying out your clothes the night before. Make the right thing easier and the wrong thing harder. So review your regrets, season your year, reduce friction. Do these 3 things and 2026 will be a great year.
