And if you are just joining us now, I am Daniel Rosen. I'm the founder of Credit Repair Cloud, and I am coming to you live from the Credit Repair Cloud headquarters here in Los Angeles. And the reason that I've asked you all to be here with me right now is because I am about to pull back the curtain and reveal everything that we've been working on here for the past three years. So let's get this launch party started. Now, you've probably seen all the videos that I've been posting over the past week, all those videos that have mentioned CRC 2.0, but they haven't really given you any real information at all, am I right? Well, that was the point, because I wanted to make this exciting to get you all here today to show you all at once all these things that we've been secretly building. We've been keeping this stuff for a secret for a very long time. And if you know me at all, you know I'm not good at keeping secrets. So make sure you stick around and watch until the end, okay? But before we get into all the cool features and all the surprises, let me tell you a little story. Years ago, a bank error destroyed my credit. And because of that error, all my bills shot up. And I was between gigs at the time. I didn't have extra money, so I almost lost my house, and I almost went bankrupt. And I was too broke to hire a credit repair company. So I set out to learn everything that I could about credit. And you know what? It worked. I fixed my credit, and then I started helping family and friends. And along the way, I started to learn how hurtful the credit system was and how many people's lives get ruined by it. I wanted to find a way to help more people like me who were having the same credit troubles as me. So that's how I came up with the idea of creating the world's first credit repair software. Now, that was 18 years ago, and this is was credit aid. Look at me. This. Look how skinny I was in my little doctor suit. So it was a little download for consumers that I sold for $20. And you know what? It worked. It did what it said. People fix their credit. But it didn't really set the world on fire. It was actually a terrible business. In a good week, I could maybe make $40. So I was still struggling, and I was still broke. But then something amazing happened. Businesses like mortgage Brokers and realtors, they started asking for bigger versions to help their clients. And I also started hearing from Credit repair companies. So I knew this was a big idea. I knew I had to make something bigger that companies could use to help all of their clients. So that's how I first got the idea of Credit Repair Cloud. I knew it had to do all this amazing stuff, that it was going to have to be the platform to run your entire business. But I only had one problem. I knew it was going to cost a whole lot of money, and I was still broke. So I tried to get investors and they all said no. And finally I just thought, I just won't leave this room until I figure it out. So I sat in that little room for another three years, and I didn't really sleep. I didn't shave. I lived on top Ramen again. And I slowly built Credit Repair Cloud from nothing. But three years later, something amazing happened. I launched Credit Repair Cloud and people liked it. And it started to grow. And I am so proud that thousands of people have been able to quit their job and fire their boss and. And build amazing businesses on it. And I'm so proud that most credit repair businesses in America run on Credit Repair Cloud. And I'm even more proud that we have nearly 50 people on our wall who have made over a million dollars on it. But I am most proud of all the lives that we have changed together. Together, we have changed millions of lives. And that's the important part. Now, nine years ago, when I launched Credit Repair Cloud version 1, I didn't have a team. For the first few years, it was just me pretending to be a team. I was Phil on sales, I was Tammy on support. And everyone hated Tammy. But then I found Keenan. Then I had some help, and then Keenan said, hire more people. So slowly we started to build a team. And now we have nearly 100 employees all over the world working 247 to make sure that you have an amazing experience. About three years ago, we began to hire an army of engineers and server people and designers, all with one project in mind. A new version of Credit Repair Cloud. And it took such a long time because along the way, we redesigned our entire infrastructure, our whole back end, and all the new servers that we now run on to ensure that CRC is always up and safe and secure. And speaking of secure, let's talk about security. Our cto, Tanmay Andy, he comes to us from Symantec, which is the leader in online security. They make Norton Antivirus and they make Lifelock and So with Tanmay and his amazing team, we have put a huge focus on security and we hired so many designers to give CRC a whole new modern look without losing the soul of the CRC that you know and love. But most of all, we wanted to make sure that we were really going to deliver amazing new features that would really help you and make it easier for you to run and grow your credit repair business. And all this that I'm talking about, it took millions and millions of dollars, but it's all been worth it and I can't wait for you to see it. So, yes, today is the launch of the new release of CRC 2.0. But that's not all. It doesn't stop here. You are going to see more amazing things that we are going to be releasing throughout the rest of this year and you are going to love them. And I've got to tell you, I have been personally looking at all the feedback that you have been giving us over the years. I've been hearing all of you, I've been listening to your frustrations, to the problems you've been having and to all the things that you've been wanting from Credit Repair Cloud. And I saw a lot of common problems and common requests. You wanted a more modern look. Well, you got that. You told us about your frustrations with credit monitoring. You said that signing your clients up for credit monitoring and sharing of the passwords and is so frustrating. And then you go to import their report and the password is wrong so much of the time it gives you error messages and that can be really embarrassing if you're trying to close a deal with a client and you can't log in to import their report. So then you're standing there with egg on your face and that sucks. Well, guess what, we fixed that for you in CRC 2.0. Then there's the issues with importing and re importing credit reports into Credit Repair Cloud. Items show up as deleted and re added all in the same report. So you don't know what's real and what's not. And it's frustrating because then you have to manually check and compare multiple reports to see what has actually changed and who has time for that. And this is a nightmare if you're doing paper delete because then you're getting inaccurate information. So then you have to go and manually adjust items in the system and that takes a lot of time. So you know what, we came up with a solution to improve importing and re importing. So it just works perfectly. And I know many of you have frustrations with the credit monitoring themselves, how expensive they are, how their prices fluctuate, how they don't work well with CRC and that you can't see all their data in crc. So you're always having to go back and forth between the two services to know what's going on. Well guess what?
