Daniel Rosen walks through Credit Repair Cloud's client intake process: add a client, they get a welcome email with a portal link, then complete tasks like signing agreements, enrolling in monitoring, and uploading ID. He also covers how to build the business: practice on yourself first, get referrals from mortgage brokers and realtors, collect testimonials.

Okay. Working with a client all starts with the client consultation and credit audit. So I'm going to show you how to use this simple audit to show value, to close the deal, and to get far more clients. Remember, the number one goal of learning Credit Repair is to help people in your community and to change lives. So let's talk about the business for a moment here. If you use a free trial to practice with yourself and then friends and family, and if you study our materials and work really hard to get them amazing results, and if you post testimonials from them on your site and on Facebook, you are going to start getting paid clients. Okay. And if you start to develop relationships with other professionals who have clients with credit issues, like mortgage brokers, realtors, auto dealers, tax preparers, people who install sole, or any business that requires good credit, you're going to start to have a ton of clients. Now we have some people in Credit Repair Cloud who have thousands of clients and make millions of dollars. When they do get to that point, we give an award like this that we award to them at our Credit Repair Expo. Cool, right? And we've given out a ton of these awards and these folks start their businesses in the very same way that I'm showing you right here. It just takes awesome. Adding more clients every month and giving value. But most of all, it takes having a passion and a desire to truly help people. The important thing to remember is this is not multi level marketing. This is running your very own business. It's hard work, but if you focus, it really pays off. Now these are all attainable goals and we have all the resources to help you to get there. You just need to have the passion and the desire to learn and to keep growing your business. But if you're just getting started with Credit Repair Cloud, your very first client should be you. And then you can see exactly what it's like from the client's point of view. And that will help you to guide your clients later and to know your process. Okay, so let's get started. The way we enter a new client into the software is we click this button that says add new client. Next, we fill in all the fields. If you're adding yourself as your own client, which I hope you are doing, be sure to use an alternate email address that is different than the one you used when you signed up for Credit Repair Cloud. Okay. When you click down here to save the client profile, here's what happens. It sends a welcome email to your client and then they start the client onboarding, which they can do from their smartphone. Okay, when your client clicks the link in that email, they can create their password by logging into their client portal. And then the rest of this step is really cool because the client does all the work. Now, the moment they log in, they can sign your agreement if you've set one up. They watch a little video that explains the entire credit repair process. And next they sign up for credit monitoring so you can access the reports and then they add their login details for you. They choose a signature font that gets inserted into the letters. They take a photo of their government issued ID like a driver's license. They snap a picture of their proof of address like a utility bill. And once your client has completed all of their tasks, we move on to the next step.
