Okay, let's recap. First, for this client, we imported their credit report. We ran Simple Audit to give them a credit analysis report, and then we tagged all the negative items in the pending report, which planned out the entire life cycle of our client. And now we are in the Dispute Wizard. The Dispute wizard is the most amazing part of Credit Repair Cloud because it makes creating all the dispute letters as easy as click, click, click, click. Now, this Dispute wizard here is where we always create the letters. If it's the first time we're ever writing to the credit bureaus about a particular item or a handful of items, we always choose round one. Since we have already saved the dispute items from the report, all we do is click Add saved or pending items, and that's going to show us all the negative items that we imported from that credit report. So all we have to do is choose a handful of items to include them in our first round. One letter. Now, if you're just getting started in Credit repair, I recommend only disputing a handful of items at a time. Like, like five or less. Okay, now, some people will disagree with me on that, and that's okay. But here is why I say this. If you send a whole long list of things that you're reporting as errors, that is not going to be believable to the credit bureaus unless it's identity theft and you have a police report. So when the credit bureau thinks that you're playing games, they can mark all of your disputes as frivolous, and then you are fighting that as well. So if you're just getting started, I recommend taking it slow and just adding a handful of items at first until you learn the process. Okay, so here we confirm the items that we want to add to that letter and then we click next and boom. We have just created three perfect dispute letters. They are all addressed to the three bureaus. They have all the items we are disputing in this round, and they already have the client's signature on the bottom because your client chose this signature style during client onboarding. And now we save those letters. We'll call this first round one, and it's going to create a task for us to follow up in 30 days. And we click save. Then you print and send those letters off to the three bureaus. And with each round, one letter, which is what we just created, we include a copy of the client's photo ID and proof of address. And we have just processed our very first client. And this is how easy it is to use Credit Repair Cloud. Now, Each month we're going to import a new report and Credit Repair Cloud will show us exactly what has changed. And we're going to return to the wizard to send a new Round one letter to this very same way every single month to all three bureaus for any new items that we want to dispute. And the bureaus on their end, they're going to have 30 days to respond to each letter. And then when they respond, they're either going to say, congratulations, this item has been removed, or they're going to say, no, we are not removing this item. It has been verified. The important thing to remember is that credit bureaus, they make a ton of mistakes and Credit Repair works because of the law. The law is called the Fair Credit Reporting act and it gives you the right to dispute anything on a credit report. And if they can't prove it, they must remove it so you can challenge their reply with a new letter. This is where we get into round two, Round three and higher. This is where you'll use the other letters in the library. Okay. You don't even need those other letters right now if you are in your first month. We only do round one in the first month. Okay. So you can see the actual work in the software is minimal. It's just click, click, click once you've imported the reports. After that, it's less than five minutes of work per month for each client. That's how having Credit Repair Cloud enables one person to do the work of an army. So over time, you'll start to learn which letters help which situations, and this is a skill that you can learn. The important thing to remember is this improving a client's score so that they can qualify for a house, a car, or even a credit card is going to be life changing for them. And it feels really good to help people to get those results. And that's what being a credit hero is all about. If you just set out to make money, sure, you'll make money, but your business won't grow very far and you probably won't have a very fulfilling life.
