So let me know what you think down in the comments or@feedback.creditrepaircloud.com now what I'm going to show you next is a sneak peek at some of the biggest highlights from the Mastermind powerful new updates, game changing automations and what's next for Credit Repair Cloud. So now I'm going to hand things off to Keenan and and he's going to tell you about really cool things that are coming to crc. Here he is in the flesh, our Senior VP of Product, Keenan Jones.
Hey everyone. Really excited to show you what we're working on behind the scenes and really give you kind of a sneak peek at everything that we are doing. Further ado we'll jump into kind of the first area. We're going to start with what we've launched recently and give you a few highlights in case you missed them of what we've been really hard at work at launching at Credit Per Cloud. The first thing is we launched our own billing platform and it's an all in one solution for billing your clients for credit repair so you don't need additional tool outside of Credit Per Cloud. There's no switching systems, we don't take any revenue share from you, unlike Billsby and chargebee and other systems. So this is all included in your credit for cloud subscription. It also integrates with some of our tools that I'll go into in this moment around staying TSR compliant. If you're using an existing billing system like Authorize. Net or others too, there are some features where we're automatically going to chase your clients for payments and make sure that you get paid on a monthly basis just to highlight what this looks like around other providers. So if you were to use CRC billing versus Charge B and Bills B, you're going to pay another couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars a year to use those other solutions compared to having something that's built into credit for cloud, that's built for you, built for credit repair businesses where you keep 100% of the revenue and it's all included to make it a very simple just work system within creditper cloud. In addition, some other things that we launched that are now supported by our billing system too is our TSR compliant self service flow all the way from capturing the lead. You can have the consumer select a plan in this flow to check out, then they'll sign an agreement and then they can even do client onboarding all within one flow. I want to say too we are continuing to listen and improve CRC billing too. So since the launch of CRC billing, if you tried it in the past, welcome you to try it again. We've squashed dozens of bugs, we've smoothed out many flows, enhanced that self service flow. We've brought in the ability where if you have an external merchant account already, you can, you can plug that into the system and we've spent over a year plus developing this system, hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's a huge effort in terms of building the system because we know how important it is for you to be able to collect money. If you don't have money in your business, you don't have revenue, you don't have a business. So we're continuing to improve this system with all of your feedback. We are really thrilled that you can actually bring your own merchant account with CRC billing as well. So if any of you have tried it in the past, are interested in trying it, really encourage you to check it out. The steps for bringing your own merchant account are really simple. If you have a merchant account provider, you just ask them for an NMI Gateway email supportreditpercloud.com and our team will get you all set up with the system from there. So that's a little bit about what we've launched recently. Now let's transition into the roadmap to come and look at what's coming next. Before we jump into the upcoming features, let's just talk about where these ideas come from. This comes from support calls in app surveys that you may see our feedback board where you leave feature requests, social media in our group, analyzing competitors in the industry and just ongoing conversations with all of you know that when we talk to you or we're asking for feedback, we are listening, we hear you and that is what is driving our roadmap. The first thing that's going to be a huge game changer feature that we're going to be launching very soon is a automations and marketing suite, the CRC Marketing suite. This is going to be a way to supercharge your business where we're going to build in the best practices for growing your business. Ready to use campaigns that nurture your leads, that help your clients onboard, that give updates to clients. Over time you could two way message with clients and more. We're going to be taking the best practices because we have a view of the best companies out there, the biggest, best credit repair businesses. And we're going to be putting the best practices into this automation and marketing suite. It's going to help you grow your business the best way possible. We all know that if we can convert more clients and we can get them to stay longer, you're going to make more money. So we're going to build in the best tools to do that. Another thing that we're bringing is a mobile client app for secure client access. A really powerful tool that brings secure client access into the palms of your clients where they can download an iOS or Android app to get updates from you. So this is going to be an easy to use app that is branded with your logo. You can easily to a message with your clients. It's going to make it seamless for your clients to onboard themselves getting all the photo ID and proof of address and tracking their scores. A lot of push notifications to let them know when you have updates they can manage their billing. And again these are all add ons that would be free for you, free for your clients at no extra cost. We talked about billing earlier. We're continuing to enhance CRC billing so we're bringing some enhancements to how you can see all the billing details of your clients making it easier to navigate collect payments like retry failed payments within credit per cloud and again you can bring your own merchant account. Today we support NMI and soon we're going to be supporting you bringing in authorize.net as well. When you adopt CRC billing there's also going to be some additional enhancements on the self service flow. So we have some enhancements coming shortly. You can adjust your subdomain to match your brand a little bit better. In the self service flow you'll be able to send direct links out to your clients to check out for certain Plans Leads will be able to get a credit assessment upfront, ensuring that they're really well informed about your services or kind of they know what's wrong about their credit report and then that sells them on getting your services. We're also going to make it easy for you to have a buy button on your website. If you have a pre existing website and you want to use our billing system and use our checkout flows there, you'll be able to do that as well. This self service flow is also going to support you if you don't have a merchant account. If you don't have a merchant account integrated with credit for cloud and you want to send a invoice outside of credit per cloud to a client, we're also going to support that too. Some other incredible updates that are coming tagging and importing of credit reports so so we're bringing some enhancements to this flow where you can bulk tag reasons and instructions on credit reports after you've brought them in. Be able to more easily see statuses of inquiries and personal information after you've disputed them. When you're doing a re import, there'll be options for setting up custom instructions for each dispute item and just a more cleaned up, simpler, easy to use experience than a few other updates on billing. We have a few new vetted merchant account providers that are coming into our ecosystem. When we launched CRC Billing we heard some great feedback from you all. We launched with a provider called Coastal Pay. They offered great rates initially but they kept raising rates on customers and we didn't think that was right. So we actually talked with a few other providers in the space that have low costs and are credit repair ready and service a lot of people in the industry. And we're bringing in those new providers for merchant account services. Those providers are five Star Processing and Bank Card usa. So if you need a new merchant account or actively looking for one, those will soon be available@creditpercard.com merchant. But again these are only options. We're only trying to provide few of the best providers that we see in the industry. But if you have another external merchant account you can also bring those along with you. Few other enhancements coming along the way. So we're also going to be bringing the ability for you to upload PDFs and attach those PDFs for print jobs. We know it's really important for you to be able to attach supporting documents when printing and whether it's through printing locally sending with cloud mail, being able to attach supporting documents is coming Also the ability to upload a SSN card for additional docs to be able to support at the bureaus. And then our team is also working on under the hood improvements around the clock to just make CRC faster. So you're going to notice over the next few months too that code is being updated. We're improving the speed and making things just smoother and simpler to use all the time and bringing more stability. I want to remind everyone too all this again that I said there's no increase to the cost of Credit Per Cloud. We're including this in Credit Per Cloud at no additional cost. So all that I showed you, no additional cost. We've never raised the prices of Credit per Cloud over 11 years and these will all be things that will be included in Credit Per Cloud in your current subscription. And we've talked about a lot of new things coming. I'm continuing to listen. Our team is continuing to listen. Your feedback directly influences the direction that we go. So this is only the start of a conversation. I want to hear your feedback. So if you have any ideas, please share those on feedback.creditforcloud.com and your feedback really matters. I do read every single one of them and every single response really does shape what we build in the future. So I hope you all are really excited about what we are delivering on the Credit For Cloud side. Now I'm going to be passing it over to Adam Webley which he's going to talk a little bit about what we're doing to enhance Credit Hero Score.
Okay so hello everybody for those of you who haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, I'm Adam, the Product manager for Credit Hero Score. For those of you that are new to Credit Hero Score, it's Credit Repair Cloud's in house credit monitoring service that was built to overcome the challenges we had with the other third party report providers. Keenan and Daniel originally launched Credit Hero Score to give us a lot more control over the product so we could seamlessly integrate it better with the software, offer better commissions which I'll speak to soon and deliver the product updates faster than we could with the third party vendor. We did face some challenges in the start that Keenan had mentioned. We also made a lot of key improvements that set Credit Hero Score apart from the others. So one of the biggest was is that we streamlined the credentials set up. So unlike the third party providers, Credit Hero Score validates the usernames and passwords before users complete the signup process. This prevents the login related import issues upfront with the other services users often would realize that there was a problem, wouldn't they wouldn't realize there's a problem until after they tried to import the data. Then you get the login errors occurred which is, which can be very frustrating. So Credit Hero Score has seen a lot of growth since we launched. We started with roughly 5,000 active customers and now we've grown to nearly tenfold. We're at 47,000 accounting now. So I think this really speaks to the improvements we've made and that I'll discuss more shortly. So I'm excited to take you through everything we have done. So let's dive in there. As a point of reference, this is the part of the streamline login flow. The data is entered here and then we store it and we compare it to what's added to Credit Hero Score or during the CHS signup process and then if they match it saves it in crc. So the import operates as it should when you actually go to import the report. Jumping into what we've done to date. So when Credit Hero Score first launched, we were outsourcing customer support to a third party that specialized in credit monitoring. The idea at the time was that the CRC team could stay focused on the software. Well, the third party handled the report related questions because that was an area that our team wasn't as familiar with. However, we did realize pretty quickly that outsourcing support didn't meet the quality standards that we wanted to provide you guys. So that's when Keenan and Daniel asked me to help build out our own in house support team also with the help of Danny. So thank you Danny. I couldn't have done it without you. But we made the switch and at that time we also introduced the full phone support during business hours, which is something that we've been working towards with CRC as well. Bringing the Credit Hero support in house was a game changer for us. It allowed us to respond a lot faster, provide the higher quality service and it helped us improve across every possible customer satisfaction metric. So I'm hoping that that's showing up in your experience of the support team today. One of the major benefits to the team now is that they're also cross trained on credit repair cloud. So meaning they understand what the challenges you're going through and how to help with both services in that moment. So with the team that understands all of your workflows, we're better able to collaborate and help you navigate anything that happens across both those services. And as the previous team lead and knowing Everyone on both sides of the. Like, both sides of the equation. Like, I have direct contact with everyone. So whenever anything pops up, usually Keen and I are informed, and that helps us make new product decisions on how we can improve those things. Another thing we've done is we've made huge strides in trying to reduce errors and improve our escalation processes. So one of the biggest wins was tackling the most common error codes. So when I started seeing them happening, instead of them being with that outsourced company, I analyzed all of those error codes, including those persistent ones like Contact Experian and Hang on, an error has occurred. And by resolving those at the source, we've significantly reduced the disruptions to your workflows. I know there's still other errors that you guys are experiencing, and I will speak to that. Another major focus at that time was improving the registration process. And since launching the improvements, the registration errors have dropped off dramatically and we've had even more enhance. Sorry. We have even more enhancements coming to make that process even smoother as well. So beyond the error reduction, we also modified the escalation process. Improved the escalation process. So today, most of the cases you bring to us are resolved within 24 hours. And because we're again addressing those root issues, the escalated cases have dropped by another 50% just over the last year, which is another huge improvement. And we definitely want to. We're committed to driving that number down even further. After we tackled all of the existing errors, we started rolling out other major updates to the affiliate program. Originally, you probably remember we had the 1999 plan, 25% commission rate, and that was all we had when we first started. But now we've released all these new updates that made us more competitive against Smart Credit, Identity, IQ and so on. So stage one of that, we introduced the new plan prices and increased the 20 increased our baseline commissions to 25%. So as an example, you could then sell your plan at 2499, 2999, and it just kept going up, and then you'd earn the flat rate, 25% of that revenue off whatever plan you decided to sell. Then in stage two, not all that long ago, we took it a step further by launching the exclusive scaling commission structure. So now as the plan price increased, so do your commissions. So then now those commissions reach as high as 50%. So the top, top price plans. So there's a lot, basically, there's a lot more earning potential for your businesses. And with these updates, Credit Hero Score now matches or beats all the publicly available competitor commission plans. So ensuring we we remain as one of the most rewarding affiliate programs out there at this stage, we consider the affiliate program to be a huge success. Some of the affiliates are now even earning over a hundred thousand dollars. As an example, Patrisse English has made 105,000 to date and she made an awesome post about it in the Facebook community. So if you're on the call, Patrice, thank you for the amazing shout out. I put my favorite part of your post in a little quote box here on this slide. Made me laugh a little bit. And if you're interested in switching over to Credit Hero Score, please feel free to schedule a call with Troy and the Success team and we can actually sit down with you and help change some of your settings. Another win from last year is we introduced new retention strategies to help keep your clients engaged beyond credit repair. The way all this works is that now when the clients go to cancel, they're asked why they want to leave through a little exit survey and then depending on what they choose, they're either offered support so we can address their issue, or they're offered a new retention plan at a lower price point than whatever their current CHS description is. I misspoke. It's not. Or they get offered support and then if they continue, they will still get offered the plan as the the retention mechanism. So the downsell offers, they were designed to help keep your clients or keep an eye for your clients to keep an eye on their scores. So they noticed the scores that they could reach out back to you and restart the process of credit repair. And it was also to retain the key benefits from their plan. So example their fraud insurance, but of course all of that at a more affordable price. An extra bit of detail is these retention plans work because they forego the actual credit report, which is the most expensive part of the service, and then that way they can still keep everything else. And if they need the report then they can just order it a la carte to update their scores and move on from there. All of the retention plans also came with a 25% commission, so you keep making money even after the credit repair process is done. We've also made major improvements to how we collect payments from the CHS clients. So how the system upgrade works is that if someone's payment fails, instead of triggering an automatic cancellation, the system automatically retries the payment over a 10 day period, working to retain them and recover the revenue without the manual intervention like you basically chasing them down to renew their subscription. Since launching in early 2024, this upgrade has led to a 10% increases in the number of invoices that we collect. And for this means there are fewer, fewer payment issues, less time spent following up with those individuals, and then more commissions because of the successfully processed transactions. So that way you can focus on what you do best, credit repair, instead of chasing these guys down. So just to recap what we've talked about, CHS has approved a lot since our launch and this table highlights where we're at today. We're not done though. I'm actually pretty excited about what we have in the pipeline. The new features and product enhancements are geared more towards growth and revenue, whereas a lot of the stuff of the past was just getting that solid foundation. So I'm going to speak to that next. So the roadmap of what we have planned, my favorite part of the presentation. All right, so up first we're going to have text based like one time password verification during credit hero score registration. So this is faster, simpler and it helps them verify their accounts using a code which gets rid of the need for a bunch of questions. Like right now you have to answer all of these like personal information questions which can be lengthy and people forget, forget the answers to their financial information. Right. So this is going to streamline the whole signup process and it's going to reduce the risk of the failed verifications if the customer can't get the sms, like they don't have a number or just for whatever reason, it's not coming through, no service, who knows, they can still answer the signup questions as a backup option. So the original questions that we have today. So with this change, we're going to expect to vastly reduce the time it takes to sign up and drop those verification errors to basically zero. Up next, we have online privacy protection, which is our new privacy and fraud prevention tool. I've been testing this product out myself and have seen like firsthand how effective it is at keeping data secure and customer engagement high. It's why I recommended that we create new plans around this. Like this feature at its core. So what it does is it scans the web for exposed personal information, helps remove it, and then continuously monitors the web for re exposure. Like, what is really cool about this is that the client receives frequent updates alerting them to different data breaches, exposure risks and actions that the online privacy protection feature is taken to protect that information. So it's not overwhelming, but it's still enough like, oh, there was a data breach. I didn't know that you go and check. And it tells you how many people are involved and if you are involved and what they've done since done to address that that issue. So some of the key benefits to the service is that it prevents identity theft because it stops the scammers from being able to access that info in the first place. It reduces phishing and spam because it protects the email security. Your data is not there to put them into like spam attacks. It blocks robocalls by keeping the numbers, your number out of the hands of the telemarketers. And it shields against stalkers and doxers by limiting their access again to your personal information. It can avoid embarrassing public disclosures because it keeps those sensitive records out of the search results. And as I mentioned previously, it prevents re exposure because it's like constantly, if it sees any of your stuff go online, it pulls it right down again. So to access these new plans, we're adding a new tab and offer widget into all the CHS accounts. This will make the plan upgrade call to action, like front and center explaining why it's a good idea to enroll in the service. So you'll get it's like one underneath where you see the report previews, the score previews and then its own separate tab. So it's in a couple different places. We're going to be adding this service to the retention offers that we have today, also known as like Protect Max and Protect Light. But the upgrade is also going to be available for all standard Scoremax plans for 9.99. So like your $20 plan, $25 plan all the way up the line, anyone can add this service for $10. So as an affiliate, you'll also earn a 25% commission on the retention plans and the upgrades. What we love most about this new product is that it's going to increase lifetime commissions potentially indefinitely. And what I mean by that is credit repair is generally that's like about a six month process. But the commissions for this last as long as the customer wants to maintain the online privacy protect service. So the final enhancement we have for online privacy protection is an upgrade to all the retention offer screens. So we wanted to ensure that these screens clearly highlight the value of the protect plans, encouraging more clients to stay enrolled. So on this slide, you can see how the online privacy protect plan upgrade is going to look when it's clicked in the portal, as well as what one of the retention offers looks like when a customer goes to cancel. Okay, so here I just wanted to quickly show you what the enrollment tab is going to look like within the client's CHS account. So it tells the client how much personal data is currently exposed. And then there's the call to action to remove it, at which point they see that 999 offer in this previous screen here. This is how it would look once they're enrolled. So it indicates what data has been removed for the customer or for the client. And then if you click into any of those line items, it then gives you more expanded details about the data breach and what's been taken out. We all know that when we're importing reports that sometimes some errors occur. There's simpler ones like the login or payment issues, which those, those ones are easy to fix. However, some of them are due to how we receive some of data from the bureaus. So I wanted to take a moment to touch on this. So as an example, unable to reach credit Hero score errors happen when the bureau sends us faulty data. Like the code for the report is incomplete and then it causes an issue. So to fix it, we end up having to contact a bureau and request a whole new report. And often they don't specify the issue upfront either. As an example, last week when a report came through without scores, only after reaching out did we learn that the client was like marked as deceased. I don't know if she actually was or not, but in any case, the report said it was, but that information wasn't passed to. It just said nothing. Here you go. Empty report. That doesn't work. So there are codes for these type of situations, but they're not always included in the data. Instead, they're sending back empty records until we reach out to them to ask for more info and more data. I know that these issues aren't unique to one provider. I've seen it happen with Smart Credit and IdentityQ as well. That's why we're gonna make huge improvements to the CRC import process to make it smoother, faster and more reliable across the board. So the first step in is we're going to be upgrading the error messaging. So now users will see like a clear explanation of the what the error is, what the actionable next steps are for that issue. And it's going to give you resolution times and that'll eliminate the vague error codes that we have on some of them today. And it's going to reduce a lot of confusion for the issues that a client can't fix themselves. So like when they can fix it themselves, it's like, oh, go reset your password or pay your invoice and you'll have access again. But for those other issues that they can't fix on their own, we're going to be introducing automatic echo escalations. So those cases, when they happen, will be sent directly to our team and then from there the team can provide real time status updates. We're also going to be refining the CRC user interface. So for example, better menu functionality for how client information is saved. Like sometimes you'll save it in the client access details on the bottom, but then it might not sometimes save properly in the menu that you would open up during the actual edit credentials import process. Another thing we're. It's not on this slide, but I wanted to mention it because I know how important the import process is to everybody is we're actually, we're also changing the backend code for how we order the reports as they're coming in. Because what occasionally happens with the Bureau's is they change the report format or the data format of the reports. So at one point they have a long account number and then they'll, they'll cut a bunch of numbers off of it so it completely changes how it appears in our coding logic. Or they'll add date, timestamp information. They do all these things that just changes how all the data is read by the system. So we're standardizing all of the code to speak one language and then we're forcing every single report to follow the same order logic. So that way if the client one week has an order of Experian is the first bureau, but then the next week TransUnion is the first bureau. It doesn't get so confused because we're going to switch all that order to be consistent. So all that to say it's going to significantly reduce any of those, I call them mass deletions where you see dozens of deletions and then a bunch of re adds and we're basically about to launch that now we're testing it out. So while we can offer more advanced capabilities for Credit Hero Score, because we control that system, the automated escalations will benefit all platforms. So to recap, these updates are going to reduce your manual work, they're going to speed up our resolutions and they're going to create a much smoother experience. And another project we've nearly finished includes a number of upgrades to our payment processing system. So our industry sees high transaction rejection rates due to them being mistakenly flagged as fraudulent because of a customer's credit history. So the changes we made are going to result in fewer decline payments, smoother signups and better customer retention because they'll be way less likely to have their payment declined during registration. So right now we're expecting a 15 to 50% drop in the failed transactions with an estimated improvement about 30%. So again, it's just going to be a much better experience for customers and more revenue is going to be processed for all of us. So online privacy protection is just the first of many new CHS products we were planning to launch. Some upcoming products we're exploring are exploring include credit builder loans, which help clients build credit by making small payments that get reported to the bureau's Credit Hero card. This is a credit card designed to help customers again improve their credit rent reporting. A lot of people pay their rent on time, but they are not getting credit for it. So this feature reports on time rent payments to the credit bureaus, helping your clients build their credit without taking on new debt. We're going to also have something that helps with student and general loan consolidation because managing multiple loans can be a bit overwhelming. So this service combines those loans into a single payment, generally at better interest rates. That's going to make the whole repayment simpler and much more manageable for our clients. Student Loan Assistance this service is going to provide personalized guidance to help help borrowers navigate repayment options and reduce their student loan burden. So basically when they sign up for it, it gives them access to all the different programs like from the government and so on. That helps them pay better rates and maybe get some of that loans forgiven and stuff. Then we have the subscription manager. With so many subscriptions out there, like streaming memberships and all that, people tend to lose track of what they're paying for. So this tool helps customers identify, manage and cancel those unwanted subscriptions to save them money and then improve their finances overall. Just like online privacy protection, all these products are also going to come with an affiliate commission structure. So it's going to create a lot more opportunities for growth for you. To wrap things up, I just wanted to reiterate again how important your feedback has been to the progress we've made with Credit Hero. Score basically helped us roadmap everything I just spoke to and now with that solid foundation in place, we're focused on growth and expanding our our products. To speak to this, I'd like you guys to just take a quick look at this amazing review we got from Michael Franks. The improvements are definitely, seemingly definitely noticeable. So if you're on the call, thank you for the shout out Michael. It really made My day when I saw it, because I remember us talking about a lot of this stuff over a year ago, and now it's headed in the right direction. So we're going to keep improving and we're all about finding new products that will provide commission opportunities for all of you. So if you've tried Credit Hero Score before, now might be the perfect time to give it another shot. It's better than ever. And always, if you have any questions, we're here to help. So I'm going to pass things back over to Keenan and thanks everyone for letting me share all the excellent stuff we have coming down the pipeline with Credit Hero Score.
So we got one more thing, so let's get a little drum roll. The next thing that we're working on is we're building a marketplace. And, well, what is a marketplace? Well, it's going to be how we can deliver you leads and clients on demand and make that really seamless. Think of the marketplace kind of like Yelp. There's all these consumers out there that are searching for credit repair on Google, or there's lots of affiliates out there. They're declining clients for, like, mortgage brokers, realtors, loan officers, auto dealers and other industries. They're declining clients all day. There are consumers looking for credit for services all day. And we want to make it easier for those consumers to discover you, discover profiles of you, affiliates to discover you and help refer and get more of those clients right in front of you. So we're building a streamlined process where it's going to make it easy to generate leads for you, tapping into the people that are already genuinely looking for your services. This is all about giving these people that are already motivated, that are already looking for your services that just got declined. So instead of you chasing leads for people that are not really interested in credit repair, you're getting people that are really qualified for credit repair. Why join the marketplace when we get this launched? So again, you're going to receive a steady stream of new clients. You can build credibility by showcasing your business, getting reviews, and really showing to new consumers and new affiliates while you are the business to partner with. And you can spend more time working in your business and really servicing your clients that you service today and less time on the marketing side. A bit of the process is you'll apply to join the marketplace. I will get some basic information from you, some information about your business, how you call yourself, maybe a logo. If your state requires any licensing and bonding, we'll also get that from you as well. Then we're going to showcase your services. So once you've created your profile, we're going to put it out there and put it in front of potential affiliates and clients to showcase how you're different and how you can help them them. We're also going to help you get not only matched with consumers, get matched with affiliates. We're going to be out there recruiting affiliates on your behalf and showcasing all of you as potential partners to work with. So we're going to be contacting all the realtors, mortgage brokers, auto dealers out there and helping get them in front of you so that you can get even more of their declines and more of the consumers that really need your help.
Help.
From there you'll, you'll receive those leads from the affiliate network. You'll simply help them like you are doing today and help them with your credit repair services. You're only going to pay for the people that that come to you, that you actually pay. So the way that we've designed this marketplace is it's a win win for you. So you're only going to pay if a client pays you. Then there would be a commission on the marketplace. But this ensures that you're not paying for leads that didn't convert that never paid for service. So we really believe this is a great model that's going to help you all grow. This is all going to run through CRC billing as well. So it's going to make it really seamless. When all these leads come in, they go and sign up for service. Before I end my section, I just want to touch on one more way to earn. I just want to remind everyone there's a few people here on this call. We know some of you do mentoring, teaching and mentoring of credit repair. You should definitely claim those commissions on credit per cloud. If you didn't know you can earn a 30% commission recurring commission on credit per cloud. If you are teaching or mentoring people in the credit repair space, that's equivalent of $53 a month plus on credit per cloud. $300 a month for each masterclass sale and it's a great way to expand your revenue and help others succeed. If you're mentoring in the space, if you are a mentor, make sure to sign up for our affiliate program.
