I look for to see what their mindset is at because I've always learned something. You can't train an attitude, but you can train for a skill. So we look to see how their attitude is because we can always show them the ropes and teach them how to get better. But if their mindset's not there and they're not someone who's willing to deal with rejection or deal with a tough time, then that's all I need to know. If you're not willing to go through that, then you're not going to work out here. Because this is a game that requires patience, understanding, consistency and effort put in.
