Wow, that is amazing. So starting from scratch and scaling up from nothing to thousands of clients, that's not easy. What was that like? And also, what's your secret to attracting so many clients?
I'm old school when it comes to that. I'm hands on, face to face. I network a lot. I live in Miami where everyone's dependent on credit. Here I've developed a reputation over the last 20 years. If you ask 10 people, who's the credit guy around here? Nine people will say, me. And I'm not being cocky or anything like that. I'm just ask around all. Always be honest with the expectations. If I could give advice to anybody that's trying to do this right now, use the power of social media. But remember, there's a million other people doing that as well. But there's not a million people out there in the street hustling credit repair. That's been the secret to my success, being able to interact with them. Everybody that comes to me has the worst credit in the world. I understand, I've sympathized with that. And I tell them, look, just calm down. Everything has a solution. Just be calm and trust the process.
