NEWEST Credit Repair MILLIONAIRE Lasundia Reese Shares Her TOP Business Secrets | SCALE to 7-Figures

Interview with Lasundia Reese (Credit Queen, founder of Credit Miracles) about her rise in the credit-repair industry from a part-time start after working in insurance to joining the Credit Repair Cloud Millionaires Club. She explains launching with minimal capital, acquiring first clients via Facebook and referrals, scaling through local advertising (billboards, radio, planned TV) and SEO, targeting younger audiences on social media, automating ~95% of operations (Buffer for scheduling, automated consults, chatbots), building a distributed team (first hires after ~125 active clients; currently ~8–10 people including fiance), and using a structured follow-up/drip system (two-year drip, 10-call follow-up rule) to convert leads. She sells auxiliary products (DIY kits, books, scripts) and now trains other credit-repair entrepreneurs after reaching seven-figure revenue.

Hello, you guys. Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here with you all today.
We're excited to meet you too and to have you here today. And congratulations again on the award.
Thank you. Thank you.
Was that an exciting day when that arrived?
Very exciting. Words, words can't even explain the feeling that I felt once I reached that milestone. I've been wanting to reach it since I started. So very overwhelming. And I'm very excited.
Good. I'm so glad. It. It is a huge milestone. I mean, you've really accomplished something giant and you feel so very proud. Good, good, good. So you're from Montgomery, Alabama, is that correct?
That's awesome.
Awesome. Is that where you grew up?
It is. I've been here all of my life, haven't lived anywhere else. But I'm looking to locate soon to different location. Relocate.
Where are you thinking of?
Texas. I'm looking to go to Texas.
Nice, nice. Well, I want to know what was your life like before Credit Repair?
So before Credit Repair, I was working a 9 to 5, just like a regular person. I was a manager. I've been in insurance. So life insurance, health insurance, auto insurance. So I was doing that before, and I was a manager helping another company scale. So a lot of people who were buying insurance from me also had credit issues. So that's kind of how I got my start in it, by just people asking me, well, do you do credit repair as well? And I wasn't at the time. And then Ashley Massingale popped up somehow on my page and I got intrigued with her journey and that's how I launched my company myself. I'm speaking with her.
That is awesome. And we love Ashley. Have you ever had a business of your own before?
No, never had a business. Never went to any type of college to learn anything about business. Now, the one thing is my fiance, he's the one with the business mentality and he kind of was like, you know, you're fixing other people's credit for free. You fixed yours, you fixed mine, let's do this. You know, you've already spoke with Ashley. She kind of gave you some great advice. I think we could really do this. And even then I kind of doubted myself. But he's definitely been the backbone in helping the business continue to scale myself. But he's definitely been a rock to create America.
I can say, does he have a business of his own?
Yes, he does. He had a business of his own, but he actually is the control of my marketing. So he's actually my marketing manager. He does all my marketing for me.
Oh, that's awesome. Yes, that's really awesome. So he's the technical one doing the automations and things like that as well. Right.
Because I can't do anything.
That is awesome. I can't do anything either. That's why I've got Keenan here.
Right.
So. Well, I want to know what it was like getting your business started. So you were. Did you start by helping a few people there at the agency for free or.
It wasn't really people at the agency who I was doing for free. It was just like myself, my fiance. And then when I started, I just random people. I made a post on Facebook and was like, who need credit repair people who I went to school. I've always been an honest person, so it really wasn't hard for me to get people to trust me with their credit. So I kind of went from there. They told people who told people who told more people. So it kind of grew from there. And now I have billboards around the city, TV ads, radio ads. So I've kind of just grew up based on those few people. But it really. It took me a month to get that. That two, three people to start. But once I got those few people, it was on from there.
That's amazing. Was it scary?
Yes, scary because I just thought that I was going to mess up. I thought I was going to mess up people's credit. And so that's for. I learned your course, actually your course as well popped up and I just started learning more about just growing a business. And I realized, you know, once you learn it, it's not really that hard. And then how many people that could benefit from it. And then there's not that many people in my area that does it so automatically right there I stood out. And then by me being in insurance, I was able to meet a lot of people. So it was perfect for me to just get into credit repair.
And what are the some of the challenges you had to overcome as you were starting your business?
The challenge for me was really the pandemic. Of course, during that time, most of my things came from before the pandemic. I really wasn't doing any digital marketing. I was doing more face to face because I'm more of a face to face person. So once it came to the part where there wasn't any face to face and so you still have to be able to, you know, make money because by then I quit my job, so and I was pregnant. So the only way I had to kind of do it is like I had to make this digital thing work. And my fiance, he knew a little bit about digital marketing, but I kind of push him too because this is all that we have. So it was this or nothing. So we just refused to go back to work and we just took it times 10. So the most thing was to adjust to digital market, a digital platform during the pandemic and still being able to survive during this time because as you see, a lot of business didn't make it and I just didn't want to be one of those companies that did not make it.
So did you have to switch to doing consultations over Zoom or something like that? Or just over the phone?
Or over the phone. So I was doing over the phone already. And then of course, like with credit repair, you can always adjust your prices and stuff. So eventually I went down in price just to make sure I'm still able to people still can actually afford the service. So I just adjusted with the market. Once the market went down, people losing their job, people still need credit repair. I kind of just went down with it. So went out with the prices, but I scaled in customer. So therefore I still grew, even though I did make adjustments to my price.
Sure. Yeah. The pandemic.
Wow.
That was very good for the credit repair industry, but very scary for people. The people who were able to do the pivot like you did, to be able to do it all virtually or over the phone really won congratulations about credit repair.
You know, you can do it anywhere. So I really didn't have to physically be in front of anyone. Even though I really wasn't doing anything in front of people, really, I was doing more marketing. So I just kind of. I just had to adjust how I was marketing to people, but nothing else changed as far as. Because I do it on vacation. So that's the great thing about credit repair, too. You can do it from anywhere in the world. Your bed, mostly. I'm really in the bed most of the time doing it. So, yeah, I love credit repair.
That is so cool. Well, speaking of marketing, you said you've got billboards. What other kinds of things are you doing?
Radio ads. And also we're launching a TV ad shortly with Spectrum, so that's going to be launching within the next couple of weeks.
Okay, so tell me more about the billboards and the TV ads and the strategy behind that and how it's working out.
So with the TV ads, this is my first time going that route, but I've seen a lot of credit repair commercials on the tv and I decided, hey, let me at least see what that's about. But as far as the billboard is right in the. In the biggest intersection, so it definitely grabbed attention and we get a lot of calls from that. We also do SEO, so when they type in credit repair, we are the first company that pops up on the first page now.
Awesome. And I know you're very active on social media there.
You have to stay active on social media. For one. I target the younger crowd because I'm, as you see, I'm very young, so that's kind of who I drag too. So I have to be up on social media, not just posting about credit repair all the time, but I'm also just doing funny stuff. Just anything to make people laugh, inspiration, just so people can actually see me outside of credit Queen. I want them to see lasagna. So, yeah, you have to stay definitely on social media a lot because that's who I'm targeting. The younger crowd who are on social media all the time.
Sure.
I looked at your Facebook profile earlier today and which it made me really happy to see what you've got there. So many people, they complain they can't get clients, and that They've tried Facebook or different Instagram, whatever. And then you go look in their profile and there's nothing about credit repair.
Exactly.
Or there's. Or there's weird stuff that's going to turn people off. Whereas your whole banner is about credit repair.
Definitely.
And I saw you're posting many times a day. What kinds of things are you posting?
So in the morning I always start with something inspirational. That's how I try to start. Or something funny to get people going. And then around afternoon I throw a little credit repair in there. Then later at night I'll throw in a credit tip. So I kind of mix it up on how I do. I don't want to just have the same content. And then I actually like have a zoom call with clients for free going. So I do a lot of different things just to grab people attention. But yeah, it's pretty much like on different things. I don't have anything specifically but I always try to throw inspiration and as well as credit. But I just want to have credit, credit, credit because people are going to. People don't want to hear about that all the time. So I definitely try to mix it up a little.
Wow, that's a lot of work and a lot to keep track of. Are you banking any of that stuff and using apps to schedule it?
So yeah, Well, I have a team, so I'm not doing it by myself any longer. I actually have a team. We all work from home. That's the great. Just because of the pandemic. But we actually use buffer and we schedule our post out about three to four months in advance. We may make some adjustments, but for the most part my whole business is automated just to save time. It's to focus on growing. So we definitely automated at least 95% of the business and we have a lot. We try to do 100% automated, but for the most part everything is definitely automated.
Wow, that is awesome. Three to four months in advance. You're more organized than us.
Definitely. I'm very organized.
That's really, really good. Well, since you brought up automations, what are like the first three to five automations that you would recommend to a credit repair business owner?
The first thing I will recommend, this is coming from my era is client interaction. A lot of my clients in the beginning only felt like they heard from me when it was time to collect the payment. So just having that feel of just happy birthday. Just listening to the things they tell you in the beginning of the call with them about their favorite food. Just small things. We send out like automated gift cards. So we have a lot of stuff automated, but the main thing is the interaction. Hey, just checking in with you. Hope your day is going well. By now the credit bureau should be reviewing your file. Check back in within two weeks. So just the basic part I realized saved a lot. And we have customers say thank you, I appreciate this. And I'm just like in my head it's automated. But they don't know that. And they love just that. They're always, they always feel like they can always reach us at any time. As far as my chat box is always open, I have many chats. So that's automated. They contact us any time of the day. It's an instant response. How to book an appointment, how to get a refund, how to counsel. So it's always some way they can get a resolution to their problem. No matter what time of the day, they can always reach us.
That's super cool. Yes. So many people just keeping in contact with your clients, that makes a world of difference. And, and that's the number one reason why people cancel with other companies where they just feel like they're forgotten.
That's true. And, and a lot of times when you're, when you are growing and I tell people just stand in the group, they're so focused in on getting clients, getting clients. And I always tell them if you can't maintain those clients, I would even suggest growing it because that one bad review can turn into multiple. So that one client that you do have love on that client, they're going to tell people that. So you will grow organically by just treating that client right. So I tell people, don't focus on how many clients you get. Focus on nurturing that client that you have and set up automation immediately. Don't wait to me like you got 60 people and 20 of them complaining, go ahead and set it up in the beginning. That'll definitely save you a lot in the beginning. Just setting it up and learning how to automate in the beginning before you get a whole bunch of people and then they're not satisfied. And then in your city, you know, once you're improving, everybody already know that you're not going to contact them. So I definitely recommend the beginning setting up automation soon as you start.
Very, very smart. And now you mentioned having a team. I'd like to know how long were you a one woman show?
So I did it until I reached about 125 active clients. So and that's kind of how I have my team. Each person can handle 120, 150. Being that I autom made the most of the business, I feel like you can handle at least 150 by yourself because I did it by myself. So at 150 I was like, this is too much. I have to stop being cheap with myself and hire some help. And I hired a great team who has been rocking and rolling with me for now about the last two years.
Wow. How big a team do you have right now?
It's eight of us, including myself and my fiance. So 10.
That's a big team. Was it scary at first doing the first hire?
It was because everyone that we hired are overseas. So it was kind of scary doing it overseas. But it was cheaper as far as overhead and what fit my budget at that time. But they've been with me the last two years, no problem. So at first it was definitely scary. But it definitely works for me and my team. Just hiring people overseas was definitely the best route for me.
And are they mostly doing the disputing and working in credit repair cloud?
So yeah, they are. For me with credit repair cloud, I have only two people that I've trained on disputing, so their focus is just focusing on the disputing part. And I have like two. I have a manager that oversees like the whole team, but I have two that focus on disputing and then I have someone that works with my fiance on marketing content. So I just had different people for different things. But all together, their whole, the whole credit miracles team, but they're assigned to different things. And three customer service representatives who answering the phones all day.
Very, very smart.
Definitely.
Yeah. A lot of people are so afraid to hire and it really is the only way to scale.
Definitely. I think it came for me for being a manager too. As a manager I was interviewing, hiring, firing as well. So that kind of made me a lot more comfortable with hiring a team and knowing what to look for in a team.
Amazing. And now are you able to step away from the business if you want to?
I definitely can. When I went on leave and my baby, she's 10 weeks, so I did take a really like a nine week vacation before I came in and my business still was ran just like I was there. So the manager that I hired definitely took over and I felt like, you know, I wasn't gone. He was keeping in contact with me through everything. But I was able to fully enjoy being a new mom and could really step away now if I wanted to. But I love it. So I can't be gone for too Long.
That is so awesome. And what a perfect business that you have a baby. You can be with your baby, run the business.
Yes.
Travel, if you want.
Definitely. Traveling, Going. Going out of town this weekend.
Awesome. Where are you gonna go?
Florida? Well, actually, we're going to a different part of Alabama. It's like Florida, but it's called. It's Orange Beach, Alabama. So they have a beach in Alabama that I've never, ever been to.
Oh.
And I'm here in Alabama.
That's awesome.
Yes.
Okay, so in addition to credit repair services, I see you're also selling books and do it yourself kits and. And scripts.
Definitely everything.
What's the strategy behind all of those?
So just seeing that people were also having issues with, like, because everyone can't afford credit repair. Right. So my thing is about having different screens of income for the people who feel like, hey, I can do it myself. I don't want to pay anyone. Well, I don't want to miss that money. So if you don't want to pay me to do it, then at least pay for my services so I can show you how to do it. So that's kind of how my mindset is that if you can't afford my service or you don't need that service, then offer one of my other products. And a lot of times I realize once they realize how hard it is, they always sign up again. So usually at the end, I get them in some way. A lot of people start from the do it yourself kit because they realize this is too much, I don't have time. And from that kit, they realize, I know my stuff, so they end up signing up with me anyway.
Wow, that's really smart.
Yes.
Yeah. So it's definitely brought you a lot of results.
It has. It has. And I don't. I really don't even market my do it yourself kits. For the most part, people will. I actually do SEO as well. So on the back end, I guess they're marketing that part of it. I'm really. But I'm getting sales crazy in that as well. For the most part, my main focus is getting clients enrolled in my program because that is where the residual income comes in. So that's what I'm trying to get.
Very, very cool. And you're also training people to do credit repair now, correct?
Definitely. Huh. Once a lot of people ask the course, like in the beginning, are you a mentor? Are you going to mentor? But I just didn't feel comfortable with mentoring until I reached a million. I just like, how can I tell you how to grow if I haven't reached where I want it to be. So I've been working on this for a while. So once I've reached a million, I'm like, okay, now I can show other people. Just so people can stay away from scams. Because there are a lot of scams within the credit repair industry where people are taking money to show people how to do something that they, that they are still learning how to do themselves. So now that I've reached that point where people are trying to get, I feel like I've made a lot of errors for all of us. So let me show you how to avoid these errors and help you get where I am, but in less time than it took me to get there.
Sure. And now you have the award that proves you're the real deal, right? Yeah. You can't fake that, right? Yeah. That's years of experience and learning from a lot of mistakes.
A lot of trial and error.
Yeah. I always say our business here was built on lots and lots and lots of mistakes, but then learning from each one.
That's true. And that's all it is. Every business, as it continues to grow, you'll continue to make errors. My business, for one, definitely is not perfect. But one of the things that we definitely live on is customer satisfaction. I haven't had, honestly, one bad review. I have a five star rating. So I definitely try my best to please people. I know you can't please everyone, but if I can't please you, let's figure out what went wrong so the next person isn't. I don't do that again. And a lot of my errors and stuff came in really in the beginning. One, just learning about automation, learning how to dispute, and just learning in the beginning stage of the business.
Sure. And learning to deal with people.
Yes, yes.
That's the hardest part.
Different people, different personalities. And you're definitely going to get it. And that's another reason why I hire help, honestly, so that they can help me deal with people. And for me, a lot of people that in the area I was kind of drawn to. So just hiring people who don't know anyone, I wasn't showing favoritism because my people, they're overseas, they don't know these people. So I'm able to really do business without bringing emotion into it.
Now that team of yours, are they doing customer support as well?
They are doing customer support as well.
Smart. So with all these people on your team, how do you keep them organized through the day?
So I actually have a Duty list. I actually just uploaded the file into credit repair cloud so that the other people can use it as well. Every end of the month, I pretty much go through a duty list with my manager and we assign duties and they check the duties off as they go. So that's the way that we do it. You can either do it the paper way or you can do it the manual way. But we have a very organized way of doing. Of course we have a calendar so they keep over all their appointments. But I'm very organized so I definitely have my ways of keeping them organized and assigned to tasks so they. So that it gets done.
And are your team members following up on leads as well?
They are. We follow up as soon as they come in. But they know they have at least 24 hours to follow up with the lead because that's to me, that's when it, when it's on their mind. But as soon as the lead come in, if you're not doing anything, follow up with that lead immediately. They're going to be surprised. And we get a lot of times. That was quick. You got. That was quick. I just put it in. So we follow up for that, for that reaction right there. And we have a turnaround time of one business day. Everyone gets a response within one business day. Because again, I treat my cousin how I want to be treated. I hate to be waited on for too many days. So I try to follow up with them within one business day.
And then if a lead comes in and you don't close them, do you put them on drip sequence?
You know, we do. Tell us about that.
What's your strategy there?
We actually have a two year drip sequence that they're in for the most part. We actually follow real phone call too. So we try to call them when they first come in. This again coming from my manager experience. We had to follow up with every lead until the lead either tell you stop calling me or you reach 10 calls. So I kind of just take what I learned in that and kind of do it on my team. So they'll call 10 times, two times a day. Once they reach five calls, we'll wait like two weeks, call them another five times and from there we just add them to the campaign, go over credit tips, inspirational emails the same way. And then we also throw praise reports. Of course, this is people that we've helped, these are reviews. And so we have different ways. Okay, well you haven't signed up yet. Maybe you can do it yourself. So we'll promote being one of our do you do it yourself, kids. So, hey, we have a live tonight. Join our lives. So we just have different ways to pull them in, but they have a total of two years. We haven't converted by two years, then it's just a lost cause. But a lot of people end up converting. We notice within that first year of us reaching out to them because we send them happy birthdays too. When they're leaving, we have their birthday. So we'll tell them happy birthday as well. Send them out a car. We just make it very personal.
Wow, that's so smart for people listening who don't know what a drip campaign is. Can you describe that?
When it comes to describing a drip campaign, it's going to be hard for me to describe it, but you're pretty much just placing people based on how they came in into their own type of segment to nurture them until they convert or just whatever you want, however you want it to be.
Pretty much really cool. I describe it as having thousands of fishing poles all reeling in.
Definitely, yes, that's exactly what we do. So we just have them in their drip campaign and we get the happy birthday email and they'll be like, you know, thank you for wishing me happy birthday. And that's something that goes every year that they will always get as long as they're in our system.
Wow, that is so smart. Are you having fun training other credit repair people?
Yes, I love training and before then I was actually a training manager at another job. So I love training. I love showing people how to do things because with me, I'm a perfectionist. So I try my best to train people the best way or, you know, people always say how organized? Like, how do you get so organized like this? How do you find time for this? So being able to show people little tricks that they probably didn't even think about, that definitely helps me a lot. And then changing people's lives. I know one lady who I was actually training. Her job was just to bring in like 4,000amonth. She's now at 12,000amonth. So just being able to change the lives of other people's. How credit repairs changed my life. It does. Definitely something to my heart being able to change lives the way it has changed mine. Because when I started, my account was overdrawn. Like I didn't even see. It was actually just a hobby for me. It was like just bring some extra income just to keep my account out of the negative. That all it was for me. And once I saw other people reach millions, I'm Like, I know I can get there. So let me see what they're doing. Let me see. So, yeah. But helping other people change their lives and just to make more than what they're bringing in is great.
I can tell you really live and breathe the mission of changing lives.
I do. I love it.
That's so cool. That's why you're so successful.
Yes. And I knew my, my, my path in life was always to change lives. I just never expected credit repair. I actually wanted to be a police officer or a lawyer, so that's the route I was actually going. Oh, wow. So I knew I wanted to change lives. I just never thought credit repair would be the way. But just to see my clients close on homes and me getting invited to their clothes and stuff like that, and seeing people get credit cards and cars that they don't have to go to the buy here, pay here, lots like that, definitely that does something to me to make sure they don't have to like break down or keep getting cars that are not worth nothing and people that who feel like, you know what, I want to go bankruptcy route, but let me try credit repair. And just to give them financial education and create generational wealth. I love it.
Super cool. And I love the name of your company. Credit Miracles.
Yes. But my company was actually not like people think. People say Credit Miracles, but my sister, her name is actually Miracle and she's deceased, so I named the company after her. So that's how my logo has like the angel. So it's actually about her, but it kind of fits together with Credit Miracles. But it's not like people say Credit Miracles, actually just about her, really.
Wow, that's awesome. That is awesome. What would you tell people that are on their journey or want to embark on the same journey as you of becoming a credit repair professional?
So I would say don't give up. Definitely don't give up. And making sure that before you spend your money, making sure that you actually analyze who you're spending money with. Because in the beginning, like most people, I was investing into people who were honestly scams. And that just comes, I feel like, with the business. But don't make that mistake. Just if they're not a part of the millionaires club, if they can't show you what they're doing, find someone that can. There's like 40 of us in the millionaires club who honestly don't mind helping you out. You don't have to sign up for my course. If there's a few questions that you have, ask me Like I wouldn't pay you, I wouldn't charge you 200 to answer a basic question. So just reach out to people who can actually help you and not people who are at the same level as you because they're not going to be able to help you improve, honestly.
Yeah, the good people give back.
Definitely. Yes.
Yeah. Amazing. Really, really awesome. I'm so excited for you and so impressed.
Thank you.
Everything you've built, it's incredible. Okay, now we're going to do something fun. We're going to go into the rapid fire round of questions where you're just going to answer a couple words or a sentence or two. The first thing that to mind.
Okay, okay.
Okay, Here we go. If you could go back in time, what do you know now that you wish you knew when you first started.
That the first thing that I will pretty much go back and do in the beginning, honestly, what I keep talking about is automation. I would have done that from the first day that I started because I feel like I probably could scale even quicker if I wasn't stuck behind the desk calling people, sending out emails, doing that and just having everything automated. I even have it down to the consultation that's actually automated. Like I would have done this in the beginning to save time for growth.
That's really cool having the consultation automated.
Definitely. I have some people who just don't want to. Some people, my clients are people, they don't want to be on the phone for some reason. That's totally fine with me that you don't want to be on the phone. So we have the whole process. They fill out questionnaire. I have a video just going briefly over the program. So it was like a whole little thing. It takes about 15 minutes to go through, but some people just prefer that route.
Brilliant. What's the most important lesson you've learned as a business owner?
That everything is every day you're not going to make money. That's whoever told you that they are totally lying to you. So every day you're not going to make money. It's going to be some hard times. But as long as you continue to stay focused and you don't quit, and this is what my fans always told me, the only way, the only place from the bottom is at the top. So if you started from the very bottom, there's only one way for you to go up. So just continue to just stay focused, don't quit. And I promise you, staying dedicated to your business, you will go up. If anyone would have told me three years ago, I would have been here, I probably would have smacked them because I'm like, no, I'm not. No, I'm not. So just stay focused and continue to just do what you do and the people will come.
Very cool. Is there a book that you'd recommend that maybe has changed your life?
So I haven't honestly read like any books as far as like credit repair. But I love to read, so I really haven't.
Or inspiration, honestly.
No, I'm more of like read like newsletter, things like that, maybe some disputing kits or disputed different ways to dispute. But I haven't read any books, honestly since high school and I really can't think of any of them off the top of my head. But I know there is a lot of great education that you can always learn and stay educated. So I'm always staying educated on laws of credit repair because I eat, sleep, breathe Credit repair. I'm thinking about credit repair every night when I go to sleep and while I'm sleeping.
Awesome. What does business ownership mean to you?
So business ownership to me is. It's just. To me it means freedom. That's the first thing I think is about freedom because just being able to create my own schedule, being able to vacation when I want, being able to call off work per se, that it means freedom. And you just don't get. You don't get that freedom working anywhere else. And what motivated me really is I knew working for the company, they may have paid me good, but I would. They never paid enough to be their neighbor. So now I can actually be their neighbor. And that's, that's, that's what motivated me.
That is really cool. Okay, now, most important question. Now that the pandemic seems like it's going to be in our rearview mirror and events are coming back, we're starting to plan our next credit repair expo.
Okay.
It's going to be the biggest event the credit repair industry has ever seen. Over a thousand credit heroes are going to be there. We're going to have a panel of experts called the Queens of Credit. Will you come and speak and be a part of that panel?
Yes, I would love to. Even looking at it before the pandemic, I was planning on attending that one before it shut down. So I would definitely love to be there and would love to speak there.
Awesome. Awesome. We'll be releasing stuff about it soon, but we'll be in touch with you on that. How can someone learn more about you and your training so they can reach.
Out to me on social media? Just contact me Directly because I'm right now I'm in the process of finishing some things. It officially launched on July 12, so it'll probably be out once this video gets edited and everything. So they can reach out to me directly on Facebook and my name on Facebook is Credit Queen Re. So that's how they're able to find me on Facebook.
