Should My Test Clients Sign A Client Agreement?

Daniel Rosen explains why you don't need a written agreement with free test clients in your credit repair business. A verbal understanding and identical onboarding works fine. Use test clients to build experience, collect testimonials, and convert them to paying customers later.

When you first launch your credit repair business, the very best strategy to becoming an expert is to offer free credit repair to what I call your test clients. Now, doing this allows you to gain experience and confidence through repetition. It allows you to gather testimonials and reviews that are going to help you a lot later when it comes time to sell your services. It enables you to get replaced referrals from your test clients that you got results for. And you can convert the free clients into paid clients once they see the progress and results that you're giving them. But the question becomes, how do you sign up these test clients in a way that is professional, covers all your bases, but also is the path of least resistance. Well, in this episode, I'm going to show you exactly how, so stick around.
So the big question is this. How can we take our passion for helping people with their credit and turn it into a successful business without taking loans? Without spending a fortune by bootstrapping it from nothing so we can help the most people and still become highly profitable? That is the question, and this podcast will give you the answer. My name is Daniel Rosen, and welcome to Credit Repair Business Secrets.

It's an amazing value. And if you're new to this podcast or if you're watching on YouTube, be sure to click to subscribe so you don't miss any episodes. Okay, so let's get into this. So you've just started as a credit repair business owner. You fixed your own credit, and then you've used our proven social media script to get a ton of test clients. And even though you're not charging actual money for your services, you are expecting raving testimonials that you will use later to help to prove your value. And you'll be asking the free clients to send you referrals to grow your business. So the question is, do I need the free test clients to sign a client agreement? And the answer is no. In this instance, you can keep it simple. Okay. A service agreement is a contract between your business and a paying client. It outlines the rights, rules and responsibilities between you and your client. But if no money is exchanged you don't need a written contractual agreement. Instead a simple verbal agreement or understanding that's going to work perfectly. But it's important to note that even though your test clients aren't signing an agreement, you should onboard them exactly the same that you will with your paid clients. When you onboard paid clients, you log into your credit repair cloud software and you click add new client and then you fill in their profile, you assign the client to yourself, you turn the portal access on and then you choose the agreement. So with free test clients, the only difference is as you go through the same onboarding process, you just choose no agreement. Okay? Then when you click Submit, your free test client will receive the welcome email and then they get directed on how to complete their setup and then they do the rest. And it really is that simple. Now, these test clients, they are the foundation of your success, just like they've been for so many of our Millionaires club members. Ashley Massengill, for example, she started with free clients and she's now built a massive multimillion dollar empire. She has tens of thousands of followers on social media and she still uses the same strategy of asking for referrals and posting testimonials. The only difference now is that they are all paying clients. So if you want to learn more about how you can find your test clients, how to get them results, and how to grow your credit repair business, just like Ashley Massengill has, I want to invite you to join our upcoming Credit Hero challenge. We've got another one starting in just a couple days, so you can grab your spot right now@creditherochallenge.com and if you're finding value in the things that I'm sharing on this podcast, click below to subscribe.
